    @Dpd_hub_uk - @BarclaysUK Please do not use DPD for the delivery of any Tech Insurance kit. (I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

    @BarclaysUK Never experienced worse service. If you are an expat considering opening a UK bank account STAY AWAY. They will close your account, take your money, and make it impossible to get it back. This is even after visiting a UK branch in person.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I’ve had an account for a long time but I now live abroad. For over a year I’ve tried to receive my money and close my account but it seems impossible! My card was blocked and every time I call I’ve been told that the cheque was sent but it hasn’t been

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp would be good if you let people know you're having issues.....again! Tried using card at Tescos and kept getting declined even though money in the account! Thankfully a customer services rep informed of the issues. Not good enough!

    @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Explained it all again then hung up on me because he is wrong and a total lying peace of **** this is the 6th time speaking to people from packistan who then keeping it up stealing peaces of ****, Barklays uk 100% corrupt banking scum.     Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

    @BarclaysUKHelp You’ve lost a high net worth customer because you’ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish you’ve become.
