@Siobhain_Mc @BarclaysUK @PostOffice It’s all about money for Barclays, was a customer of the bank for over 40 years then my overdraft was sent to a debt collections agency. No explanation, no letter prior to this from the bank. Very disappointed with their actions. Now bank elsewhere.

@BarclaysUK then was told ring via the app. Oh wait! They are not open weekends! How is a major bank in the UK so unaccessable in 2021, especially when the majority of customers will now be online, you still expect people to attend branches of there is an issue?
