    @BarclaysUK I have just been de-frauded in a significant and complex way. Customers need to know that Barclays own text service is vulnerable to being hacked - it needs immediate attention to prevent others being robbed @WhichUK

    @LouboutinWorld My husband has spent over £600 on shoes that were meant to be refunded due to a sizing issue after repeated calls to yourselves customer service claims to have refunded @BarclaysUK and @PayPal have no record. No shoes and over £600 out of pocket!!!

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays 2HRS wasted waiting to speak to someone, finally connected & told high calls & can’t access my account for issues. IVR message gone on in meantime but NOT for those already in the queue!How do i complain?Still have a fraud concern & u have no systems!!!

    @BarclaysUK spent 1 hour on the phone due to error from your side losing my cheque and costing me £400. Waiting for escalation and get cut off. No one has called me back now sitting in the queue again. It’s not good enough.
