    @karen_swainston Just held in for 2 hours 20 mins for @BarclaysUK only to be cut off ! Responding to their request for me to contact them by phone ! They cannot expect small business owners to spend this amount of time just trying to speak to someone - such poor customer service

    @BarclaysUK I opened an account some days ago , but I realise that I put some wrong details , to be more exactly the last 3 years history of living locations, that’s the one. How can I fix the problem ? There’s no option in the app.

    So another week comes to a close, and not a peep from @BarclaysUK or @BarclaysUKHelp a 24/7 helpline that's not followed up on. A customer process that's ignored. an ombudsman's recommendation to negotiate that's ignored, a bank who'd rather not deal with a problem they made

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been waiting 2 weeks for my daughter's bank card to be delivered, I'm not spending another 20 minutes battling through nonsense automated messages trying to speak to someone.. HELP!!

    @BarclaysUK have got to be the worst bank, can’t get through on the phone, can’t get through via the app, the branch is rammed with hardly any staff. Total joke. 37 years a customer personal and business accounts. Time for a change if only I could get through to close them 🤬👊🏽

    @kellykurdt @BarclaysUK It might come to that, but I'm told that it is because the loans team isn't customer facing and only they can do it (???) but it will be flagged by the system 'probably in three days though it does say we're expecting two more payments'. Just amazing levels of incompetence tbh.

    @BarclaysUK been on a very Slow ‘chat’ for 3 hours .. now chat is unavailable.. unresolved problem .. unacceptable when you cannot speak to anyone !
