@barclaysuk - so after years of no problems logging onto online banking, it fails. Passed through to the hapless offshore support who after making me go through the same routine 4 times, cutting me off twice, it still doesn't work! 5 days they tell me, 1 MONTH later nothing!

@BarclaysUK I opened a premier account on Wednesday, now I can't access the app at all (error 00002). Restarted, the app is up-to-date and everything else works fine.

The @Barclays @BarclaysUK text service is absolutely awful. Initiated the conversation at 09:54 and it’s now 4 hours later no reply. Zzzz.
