@BarclaysUK literally the only thing I ever get is annual statements for this fake loan that show he's paid nothing. never any letters chasing payment/taking action. I'VE been trying to get them to shut that **** down for 7 YEARS. Barclays: 100% the place to take out a loan you won't repay

I had a savings account with £5k in it with @BarclaysUK. I couldn’t access it online, via the app, or telephone banking. Forgot about it for a while. Tried again. Too difficult. Why? Now it’s transferred out to @monzo and account closed.
