@BarclaysUK Why is it impossible to contact anyone at Barclays? No answer on your phone lines and no responses on your chat…and messaging on here disabled!!! Your customer service is appalling!!!

@BarclaysUK if you are going to bin off your phone support, and at the end of every number press just redirect to the online chat service, AT LEAST have people available to actually help. Over 45 minutes to adjust a direct debit, and it’s still not done yet!!

@newman_andrea @BarclaysUK Oh no, that’s awful. It happened to me a few months ago (different scam) but HSBC were really quick to spot it and stop any money going out. Hope it all gets sorted!

@StardustBob @BarclaysUKHelp 2/2 pointless to me and many other customers. What am I paying a fee for exactly? I hope people leave @BarclaysUK In their droves as they don't seem to assisting the customers who pay them for the service and expect it honoured.
