    Hey @Xero. On your "Disruptions to bank feeds" you said you're working with @BarclaysUK to sort out the bug around Barclaycard Business customers who are unable to connect in Xero. It's been 2 years!!! I'm desperate to add my credit card, my taxes are up this week.

    @BarclaysUK What you don't tell people is that if you have a savings account but no current account you cannot use the app and get no access to any services. Maybe fix that?

    @BarclaysUK I tried to open a new business account with you last week. You told me I couldn’t because you didn’t have enough staff to process the application. If Barclays think that’s OK, I don’t think their business model will last. I went to another bank. It was no problem for them.

    @BarclaysUK trying to open a current account, your app and website won't let me so went into branch for them to refuse to look at the issue and tell me they can't open accounts in branch (seems bizarre, what are they for?) are you able to help or should I choose a different bank)

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays close Ilkley branch with “online service” being the alternative. 1hr 24 mins of holding to George Michael and Sade - I’ve given up. Terrible support.
