@BarclaysUK can I ask why, when I asked for a miniscule overdraft to buy stock for my cafe, I was turned down, no alternative offered, and when I asked questions the chat was discontinued? You were happy enough to give me a credit card.

When @Barclays @BarclaysUK costs you £500 for not processing your payment, and then is not answering support chat, and leaves you waiting 30+ minutes on the phone 👏🏻👏🏻

@BarclaysUK wow your customer service is bad. I know you don’t care, but wow!!! Your phone system actively discourages people from speaking to someone. If they REALLY need to talk to someone, good luck... 30 minutes on hold. Ps you might want to go back to employing humans.
