@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I have been told conflicting information from your customer service advisors and I need this resolved ASAP. This is not acceptable for such a big bank.

@BarclaysUK Once again very very poor service from Barclay! I ordered a new Debit Card 10 days ago and got home from hols today to find it was not here. Premier just told me it was ordered but card never produced!! What twaddle! Beverly was good on phone though

We are nearing 3 months since we submitted our @BarclaysUK mortgage application. I have called twice a day, spoken to customer service reps for hours, and still I cannot get Barclays to do the basic task of sending a form to their own valuer. (3/5)

@BarclaysUK there is a problem making payments from my current account to my 'payees'. This has been since yesterday. Not quite irking through app or telephone banking. I was told there were system issues yesterday. When will this be resolved.

@BarclaysUK When will Submit IT be working properly?

  • BaccmaConsult Malcolm Bacchus (@BaccmaConsult) reported

Dear @BarclaysUK. So far 50 minutes on hold listening to appalling music solely in order to get a bank mandate changed. This doesn't seem like good customer service. Once we could get the form on line or even call in at branch. How about employing enough staff to do the job?
