    @BarclaysUK Is your video calling service currently working? I’m trying to open two BarclayPlus accounts without going into a branch but there is no Video Call option available within the app and the separate Video calling app needs a link to be sent to it

    So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞

    @BarclaysUK really poor service from tech pack. Requested a call back and got a woman who could not understand a word I said. ! She then hung up on me!!!! Pay good money each month for this!!!!
