@BarclaysUK over a 2 hour wait the three times I have tried to ring your helpline - who has the time to wait for that… why don’t you have enough staff? If I don’t ring or go 14 miles to a branch I risk our account being closed…. Poor customer service.

@BarclaysUK just want to say Thank you to the team @ Stratford Westfield. Had problem earlier today with a blocked card. It was sorted in 10 minutes and walked out with the money I needed.

After 5 years being a loyal @Apple customer in the UK and being enrolled in the yearly iPhone renewal program, last week I had an outrageous upsetting experience with @AppleSupport and @BarclaysUK, treating me like trash when it’s their problem to solve. Poor customer service.
