  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @EmmaLewell It's hard to believe the poor quality service @BarclaysUK is permitted to get away with, despite the profits that I think @IanLaveryMP recently drew attention to. I couldn't get the ATM to work but, hilariously, its Shields branch isn't staffed on a Saturday!

  Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

  @AppleUK_ and @Barclaysuk - As a premier banking customer I get apple TV a benefit. It stopped working. You sign up via the Backays App. I get the error code MR014. I reinstalled app - still get this response. Speaking to both support teams you blame each other. Please sort it.

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.
