  @BarclaysUK I just updated my banking app on my iPhone & the login page for the passcode no longer shows that greeting that I set so that it would reassure me that it was the genuine site. Is this deliberate?

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?
