    @BarclaysUK Dunstable branch open to 430.left work early,cashiers close at 230🤬Why are you open then? Lots of staff wondering around to ask how they can help so why not keep a cashier open?Some of us have to work during a normal working day-when are we supposed to see a cashier?

    @BarclaysUK Your online banking login is f%#*#*g infuriating. I’m repeatedly told I haven’t entered the correct details when I absolutely know I have (quadruple-checked)…..this happens quite frequently.

    Shocking customer service in branch at @BarclaysUKHelp. 3 other bank visits sorted in less time than we waited in @BarclaysUK to be served by someone who had been wandering about the foyer for 40 minutes! Sort out your procedures!

    @BarclaysUK must have the worst business banking customer service of all UK banks. Three hours on hold in a Q today before being cut off. 2h yesterday. Option to be called back doesn’t work. Shambles!

    @maddyalexanderg @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Oh my that’s awful - I’ve had similar experiences which other companies! Bring back good customer service where you don’t have to go through 10+ hurdles to chat to someone and get a resolution.
