    @BarclaysUK I have tried on 2 occasions to open up an account, identity check in store required was told by customer service on phone i will get a call back the Whitechapel, London branch and never did a month on have reapplied online again id check required....

    @Barclays when you try to open an account online - tells you to go to bank - they can’t help you for 4/5 weeks and the helpline operator tells you they aren’t doing appointments in branch. Wow @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp ridiculous

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Only me. So today I looked at the app and not only does it have payees with same account details but different narratives but it also let me change a narrative without PINsentry. BOTH of which you told me was impossible due to security. RSVP
