    @LikewizeRepair @BarclaysUK ordered a replacement phone through Barclays Tech Pack. All good until #DPD became involved. Told that delivery would be made today. No attempt made and picture provided to prove they tried is just a blur. No interest from DPD. Dreadful service.

    @BarclaysUK Disgraceful service from Reading, Broad St. Waited 2 months for appointment to add partner to account.Arrived early. 1/2 hour after we should’ve been seen, told assistant given a different customer! No apology. We will now take our money & business elsewhere. 🖕🏽

    @JaneSymons1 @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp If it's any comfort, it's taken 22 days for me to resolve a problem with my bank. Vastly hampered by having to go through Relay UK (service for deaf people) which breaks every time you are put on hold, go into a queue, are transferred etc. You're not supposed to involve 1/n

    @BarclaysUK Hi, I'm struggling to get into my account and apparently my card details are not recognised by the mobile app. As I'm not able to log into the app I can't get access to the 24/7 chat so I'd appreciate a message from you so I don't have to wait until phone lines open. Thanks

    @BarclaysUK lost EMV in app because instead of fixing a simple bug, they ridded it and delegated it to G/S/A/Pay. This was because their inferior coding abilities couldn't fix a potentially epileptic inducing bug. Makes you wonder, where else does the app fall short?

    I'm now making my way through the awful @BarclaysUK phone menu system for the 3rd time because I've been hung up on twice now. Over 5 minutes of navigating menus, recorded messages and useless bots before I even get in the queue to talk to a human! Total shambles.
