Lee Gardner (@comperlee) reported@BarclaysUK absolutely disgusted with customer service in fraud. Bank access was blocked a week ago, spoke to them about transactions but a week later still blocked. Spoke to someone today and they said i have to wait for a letter to go out. Nobody rang me, i had to ring them.
