  @BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻
