The GYGLA (@Gyglassoc) reported@BarclaysUK So, trying to make an electronic payment to a firm of solicitors, can't do it on line. Called the bank , apparently I have to go into a branch and raise a cheque???? 40 mile round trip to find a branch then take cheques to solicitors . This 2023 .... rubbish service

You have blocked access to all my business accounts whilst checks are carried out on the payment, taking up to 7 days.

Every telephone number has been decommissioned, and I'm told to ring telephone banking. The first thing telephone banking tells me is to try chat. NOT OK.
