    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

    @BarclaysUK don’t normally complain but tried to contact you business branch in Preston since you shut local services down only to having to leave a message…now looking for another bank to do business with carry on like this and you will have no business bank accounts.

    @tug I'm some way behind you at only having a @BarclaysUK personal account for 43 years, but totally agree with you, I received the same nonsense letter from them and am actively looking for a Bank that values me as a customer. Never too old to move to a decent bank...

    The iPhone upgrade programme is a shambles man, used it since it started in the UK with very little issues, have an excellent credit score with no errors and Barclays declined this years. Why yous like this @BarclaysUK @AppleSupport a just want my new phone 😩

    Shocking customer service by @BarclaysUK @Barclaycard 2 hours on the phone to customer service waiting only to be then cut when an agent finally gets to deal with the issue before saying she can’t help and then a online chat which abruptly ends.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Having made over 10 calls to Barclays, being put on hold, waiting for accumulated hours to speak to someone to my complaint being handled after a month with no real resolution. I am left disappointed with the poor service from Barclays.
