Massive credit to @BarclaysUK and the Manager in the Hartlepool branch for sorting this out, as Barclays Customer Service over the phone was a struggle!!

What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

@BarclaysUK I have a standing order due to go out today but it was declined. Plenty of money to cover it but I woke up to a text message saying there was a system problem last night. How do I push this payment through as it’s for parking which I’m due to use today?

@vefamdamme @mikepayne_5 @BarclaysUK So it wouldn’t glad as a crypto transfer. As for mortgages you’d need an accountant to pay the taxes due (assuming no you’re making serious gains) and they may help here with verifying the source of funds :)

@BarclaysUK - PLEASE HELP. I’m continuously sent text about an account statement and get emails occasionally. I thought I’d closed all my accounts with you years ago. I’ve not used you since I was about 16 (I’m 40 now) I can’t call you as I don’t to my knowledge have an account!

5/🧵 Now @BarclaysUK wants to close our account and close down the subject, even though they have handled proceeds of crime by Iraqis who continue to try and extort money from us. You only get help from @TheFCA if your name is @Nigel_Farage when it comes to de-banking.

@HSBC_UK Not good enough is it? How many more disruptions are we due to expect? This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. I don't see @BarclaysUK having issues

@BarclaysUK - Why does your Barclays credit card dispute team only provide lies? It is impossible to log any complaint about them. The only way to get any help is by calling them, but all they do is provide lies and nothing else. Why do you have such a useless team in place?
