    What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

    Massive credit to @BarclaysUK and the Manager in the Hartlepool branch for sorting this out, as Barclays Customer Service over the phone was a struggle!!

    That's it. They didn't even attempt any customer retention. Not even 'if you're thinking of leaving Barclays press 2". So, so long @BarclaysUK & @Barclaycard 28 years ended over a mere 18 quid.

    @aishcloud @Barclays That’s so awful of @BarclaysUK We sent off our application off 2 weeks ago so we can let ours out but not holding much hope just to make this nightmare of a situation even worse! We are trapped in a one bed with a 2 year old so feel for you, hope it gets resolved for you!

    @aishcloud @Barclays But why would you do that @BarclaysUK? You should support your customers by automatically giving the consent to let (without charges) to all customers caught out in this nightmare. What is exactly your reasoning for refusal? What does it have to do with you who lives in the flat?
