What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

@SebastianPott10 @BarclaysUK Here's an idea, it's quite revolutionary. Why don't we all use Mr/Mrs/Miss and then that way no one will have to out themselves. And nobody working or visiting the bank will care in the slightest. Then everyone can go about their business.

@BarclaysUK How about your customer service answering the phone is less than 30 minutes? That would be helpful.

@BarclaysUK Well, thanks for helping eliminate your bank from my possible options with this patronizing, dehumanizing idiocy. You are a business -- if you'd act like it (instead of virtue signaling on social issues), maybe more people would take you seriously.

@BarclaysUK You show support for the DEMANDS of people who the minute they are questioned tell us WE are evil for asking questions... You think that's a good place to stand??? I don't.

@carolinefff @BarclaysUK Why is diversity and inclusion only EVER about trans? What about discrimination against being gay? Old? Disabled? Female? Black? Islamic? What is Barclays doing to support everyone else? Or is it only white blokes you care about?

@BarclaysUK Why are you pandering to less than 0.1% of the population who consider this an issue? It’s not an issue, it’s a fad

@ModernShy @BarclaysUK Would help if you understood basic English. The correct sentence would be "It might not be a big deal to you, but it is to them".

@BarclaysUK A decent service wouldn't come a miss ,when at the start of the pandemic your service was absolutely awful in worrying times .
