    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @BarclaysUK hi can u help me, I’m abroad and suddenly I got texts of all my Dd s and standing orders cancelled and I can’t log in to Barclays app or even internet banking. Toll free number doesn’t work and called ur normal number which was cut of before I end up speaking to any1

    @BarclaysUK yesterday my local branch would not let me pay cash into my account over the counter despite the counter being open. Apparently the counter was for 'coins only' and I was directed to use the self service for paying in notes'. I am utterly fed up of this cr*p service.

    1/2 @BarclaysUK @Brightstar awful Tech Pack insurance service. Pay monthly for insurance and have had money taken from account for phone repair over a month ago.

    Report lost and stolen card immediately we're told. Except u cant. No.s on back of cards to ring arent dedicated, loads of log in, option hoops to jump through and at 1.45am last night a 45minute wait! @BarclaysUK @HSBC . We need a dedicated line! Its taken 12 hours to report

    @BarclaysUK it is impossible to get hold of you by telephone. Every call we make gets cut off after waiting for ages

    @Siobhain_Mc @BarclaysUK @PostOffice It’s all about money for Barclays, was a customer of the bank for over 40 years then my overdraft was sent to a debt collections agency. No explanation, no letter prior to this from the bank. Very disappointed with their actions. Now bank elsewhere.
