With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

Hi @BarclaysUK its now been a week since you froze my account. In that time I've not been able to make any money, and have spent a combined 2 hours on hold to your support staff, who have been 0 help. I went to register a complaint, only to be given another number to call, (1)

I'm guessing, @BarclaysUK, that your lines might be extra busy if you've decided to recontact every business customer who you gave a bounceback loan to about 'larger than normal suspicious payments'. Utter cretins.
