With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@BarclaysUK Really disappointed with customer service. Was on hold for an hour trying to speak to mortgage advisor yesterday. Promised a call back today and nothing.
