With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

I tried to transfer my Help to Buy ISA over a month ago and I have spent hours back and forth between @BarclaysUK and @HalifaxBank trying to resolve the issue. Both sides say it is the other's fault it's like working with bickering children. Neither backs down.

@BarclaysUK 2 things. Anyone on the phones? Been on hold for nearly an hour and got better things to be doing. Your on hold music is truly, truly, awful. Just awful. Headache inducing. Do you hope people hang up instead of waiting to speak to someone? Just answer the phone!!!

@SpectralHeron @BarclaysUK I don't know what to think of all this. If this is about the oil industry then it's the consumers who are the problem surely.

@BarclaysUK had a passive aggressive letter about our community account, rang and got told wait time was 2 hours, requested call back who hung up on me when they called. Now ringing to complain and in a 40 minute q. Your service is terrible more staff may help - just saying!

@MMMoneyMatter @BarclaysUK There is no climate crisis. Climate science is in disarray and definitely not settled. Current indications are that the ECS is less than 2, possibly much less, which means there is absolutely no problem. You've been brainwashed.
