    @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

    @BarclaysUK I think your app is down, its logged me out and is just asking me to create a mobile passcode on repeat
