@BarclaysUK I got an email saying there’d be new charges on my account—I haven’t been a Barclay’s client since 2016, have no card, no app, and no present access to said account. So I can’t close it. So I don’t know what you’re planning on charging or how you’d expect to collect.

Cannot believe that when my 16yr old daughter visited @BarclaysUK in Cambridge yesterday. They left her in a office, didn't deal with her bank card issue, then after 45 mins told her to leave as the branch was closing 🤬. Bank card still not working! 😡

@BarclaysUK Just had an email your making it more secure and an extra pop up on screen to buy online. If the web site isn’t upto date it can be declined seems to me this is a step back! if it’s being declined due to your up date it’s time I look for a new bank!

@BarclaysUKHelp have you found out who my complaints handler is that you spoke to earlier today? I can’t locate who it is, and not heard back from anyone at @BarclaysUK about the court order information at all yet, nor from the complaints team. Please help.

@BarclaysUK Why are environmentalists not attacking the constant promotion of built in obsolescence by industries and financiers? The first telephone I can remember (a landline) was on the house for 17 years that I know of, still working fine when I left.
