  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @BarclaysUK Shocking service. My mother-in-law has twice requested a new Barclays card - she lives overseas. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

  Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman

  @BarclaysUK @BarclaysNews Board oversight matters. A titanium screw snapped after 8 months. I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

  @BarclaysUK help why a brand new Samsung tablet won't install Barclays app through Google play - it says it's not compatible but is running android 16 so should. Tablet was purchased specifically to access bank app at home securely as opposed to using phone.

  @BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

  @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!
