Credit where it's due, @BarclaysUK were able to offer clear advice for my elderly Aunt who never noticed her details were incorrect 🤦and @BarclaysUKHelp signposted us quickly and clearly to the right service to sort this, big thanks to the hub in Deal who sorted the problem!! 🎉

@BarclaysUK I wish to make a complaint. Iv now tried twice to message in the app a d both times it changing the chat to "blank" and only seems to happen when I'm not happy about something. convenient? Can you please DM me to get this sorted and so I can talk about my issue?

Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your chat function on the app is extremely frustrating but what’s worse is going through multiple menus on phone banking to try and speak to a human to solve the issue, only to be forced back to using the useless app chat. Please help!!!
