    @BarclaysUK really poor service from tech pack. Requested a call back and got a woman who could not understand a word I said. ! She then hung up on me!!!! Pay good money each month for this!!!!

    So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞

    @BarclaysUK My app still isn't showing my business account, only my Barclaycard. I've tried pressing Accounts as the status page suggested but that isn't working - I need to access statements ASAP for a mortgage appointment.
