@BarclaysUK You are sending my card to the wrong address for the second time, the app doesn’t work, can’t access online banking because the card I have has expired and I waited 40 minutes to speak with NOBODY. Truly one of the worse customer experience of my life

@BarclaysUK Hopefully none of these entrepreneurs require a business bank account quickly. If you do, I d recommend going to Metro Bank. They understand service, with sensible opening hours and plenty of tellers or customer service reps.

@LaurenceAkers @BarclaysUK I am having money removed from my account without my authorisation, went into the back said they can’t help have to call the fraud department, such a joke

  • simon_shone Simon Shone (@simon_shone) reported

@BarclaysUK I have lost my phone and need to disable contactless payments. I am trying to log in using pinsentry device but my debit card is not accepted what should i do?

  • mimimand mandy (@mimimand) reported

@BarclaysUK disgusted to find I’ve paid £14.50 a month for years for tech pack to be let down with my screen replacement. My phone now notifies me I have an unknown part and the screen is dark & unable to see phone outside! Technician said it would disable some features 👎

@BarclaysUK Closed my account and prevented me access from my funds, leaving me broke for a while.Did not appreciate and will get a lawyer involved

  • LaurenceAkers Laurence Akers 🖋 (@LaurenceAkers) reported

What an absolute shambles the customer service at @BarclaysUK is. For a company that claims to be hot on security, try reporting a lost card or fraudulent transaction... The app clears every chat and they seldom answer the phone...

  • AndrewPMunro Andrew Munro (@AndrewPMunro) reported

@BarclaysUK "Thinking long-term" seems also to be the #Barclaycard approach to customer service. Why resolve a simple issue now - when you can wait and wait until the customer in frustration closes down their account?

  • AnnieBannister Annie Bannister (@AnnieBannister) reported

Had absolutely atrocious service in @BarclaysUK @barclays this afternoon. Absolutely no concept of making reasonable adjustments for disabled son.

@BarclaysUK I keep seeing this and, for the love of, well, words, please rewrite this tweet. I assume Tredz is a business/website? If so, this tweet should read 'Tredz is'. Your editorial team is better than a mistake like this.
