  I honestly can't believe how **** @BarclaysUK app is. I've literally used my pin code - supplied via app - once. We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.

  @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

  @BarclaysUKHelp You’ve lost a high net worth customer because you’ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish you’ve become.

  After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.
