    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat please get some staff to answer your phones and please get your online banking working, I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get through, when I do, after another hour on hold, your systems are bloody down, you’re getting really bad at customer service now

    Brilliant customer service from Andrea at @BarclaysUK telephone banking this evening. There was a bit of a wait, but they were super helpful and friendly as we looked into a missing payment to my daughters account.

    @barclaysUK I have been trying for past 2 days to change my address details online - your address finder is not working and if I try and call it is a minimum of 30 minutes wait. On top of that your chat function is down - so basically I have to resort to Twitter to make contact🙄

    @BarclaysUK I would like to speak to someone about a letter i received about my mortgage. Have been on hold 48 mins,as if I haven’t got enough to do! I am now being told this can be up to 90 minutes. Why is this? Terrible customer service. 😡

    @BarclaysUK trying to connect to the app and not working. Tried calling but after of waiting I get cut off. I am abroad and stranded with no access to my accounts. Please respond ASAP so we can fix this. #frustratedcustomer
