    @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to get through to this bank. I have wanted to close my account for 3 days - you are directing people to the app where you cannot close the account and then you direct to CHAT which after 30 mins tell customers it cannot help. There is no email address

    @BarclaysUK I don't think you're serious about Premier Tech Pack Insurance. The website is broken, you can't upload proof of purchase, and it is not maintained as the contact section is out of date.

    @carolinefff @BarclaysUK It is precisely this sort of rubbish that helped me decide to retire at 55 from a large UK bank after 37 years of service. Clearly things have got worse. Absolutely nauseating.
