.@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

.@BarclaysUK 1) Could not download statements. Tried Chrome, FF, iOS & Android apps. 2) Could not speak with anyone using the phone number (it is not 24x7 as claimed within the error message) 3) There is no chat option inside the app (As claimed on the website) Come on!

@BarclaysUK Over 50 that’s good! Except for one very important service and that is a mobile phone App for Barclays Customers who DONT have a UK phone number!!!!! Come on Barclays, get with the times!!!
