  .@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK your service is absolutely appalling, you are driving my company bankrupt, how can you hold my money for “fraud” when HMRC released it! Joke! To add to the pain all the fraud staff seem to be on annual leave at the same time! Poor Reigate branch must be sick of us!

  @BarclaysUK is an absolute thief, they have provided the worst possible customer service done by this fella called Chirag or something like that, I have sent £50 to my cousin, the transfer didn’t go through even though they have asked soooo many questions before sending it.
