.@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.

@BarclaysUK what is going on, had 3 experiences with your telephone banking ‘system’ in recent weeks & all I’ve got was bounced around menus and disinterested agents and put on hold until I gave up. Literally a dystopian case study in how not to do telephone customer service!
