@BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

@BarclaysUK have made my life hell in the past week. Been trying to transfer money. Thought it was sorted. They gave compensation of £100. Spent a total of 16 hours on calls and at branch trying to resolve the issue. And it happened again £10,000 has gone missing from my account
