@BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

@BarclaysUK I'm actually embarrassed for you about how pathetic your helpline service is. All I'm trying to do is order a new PIN Sentry device for onkline banking and it's like climbing Everest backwards blindfolded in a bloody straight jacket. Absolutely shocking service.

Report lost and stolen card immediately we're told. Except u cant. No.s on back of cards to ring arent dedicated, loads of log in, option hoops to jump through and at 1.45am last night a 45minute wait! @BarclaysUK @HSBC . We need a dedicated line! Its taken 12 hours to report

Well done to @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK who after asking me to take my msgs to DM & I explained that my phone calls to Bereavement Support were cut off & had 2 hour waiting times. They again referred me to same Dept using same Tel No & waiting times with NO offer to call me back
