@BarclaysUK lost my card Monday, was told I'd be able to use contactless on my mobile until the new card comes. Tues, used it fine. Weds morning, huge error message saying I'm unable to use that feature , which I discovered as I'm trying to board my train for work 🤬🤬

horrific customer services at @BarclaysUK..heard an associate went into a north london branch to have a cheque stopped..cashier refused but advised a colleague could..the colleague didn't either but booked them to comeback 3hrs later!associate came back & was told they couldn't..

What on earth has happened the @BarclaysUK app. From winning awards to the buggy mess today. Randomly stopped working telling me "you cant make contactless payments with this device" finding out at @aldi till wasn't the best time for @Barclays to tell me. Sony Xperia 5 iii

Finally spoke to @BarclaysUK after a total of 6 hours and 41 minutes on hold! To hopefully have a minor issue resolved. Went to put in a complaint to find I need to call them! What a joke! I don’t even want to think about my phone bill. Poor poor service Barclays.

Got home @ 03.20 odd, went to bed @ 04.00, got up again before 07.00 to do my school minibus run, now stood in a queue in arguably the most volatile/hostile branch of @BarclaysUK in #Longsight #Manchester again there’s a long queue which let’s face it, #Barclays won’t give a ****
