    @PhillHughesWrex @BarclaysUK @Barclays Absolutely shocking I've live chat likewise and rang them daily and if anything the experience is getting worse. They'd put it on hold for a week for no reason. Still no device they've had that for 3rd week now amd my excess I paid that weeks ago! Awful

    @StevieCarts @BarclaysUK @Barclays It looks like there are scores of unhappy tech pack customers out there. I think the ombudsman may have to get involved if Barclays is unable to help. Likewize are terrible at resolving anything by the looks of it.

    @BarclaysUK Over an hour on the phone and still not sure if Barclays have sorted the problem. Trying to speak to a human at Barclays is tough going, its a long process so make sure you have drinks and snacks handy !

    2 and half hours on hold, finally get through to someone and just I was explaining our issue then you cut me off saying you’re now closed. You are an absolute disgrace! @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK

    @StevieCarts @BarclaysUK @Barclays I’m having trouble as well. Likewize have sent me two replacements, the first one was *****, and the battery was terrible the second one has a warning on the phone that the screen is not genuine and it’s flickering. The customer advisors are awful! Not a good look Barclays!

    @Nichola8Digits @mrmarksteel @BarclaysUK Good luck, took me nearly an hour, need an appointment in person - next one in 7 weeks! All because MiL is having sleepless nights because she can’t remember security answers/passwords so can’t access her own money.

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays this can’t be right. I’ve called back at your “quietest time” call will be answered in less than 5 mins. 40 mins later and no movement again ! Help your customers. 3 hours yesterday and cut off @MartinSLewis
