They are very different. I receive amazing service even if I call at midnight! Change to Premier if you fit their criteria (which I believe you do).

I'm a customer of 45 years +, My pinestry machine does not work, I'm an international customer so don't have an app. It take 18 minutes to get through your telephone system, there is then a 40 minute wait, disgraceful.

So why did I just spend 10 minutes wading through your various automated phone menu only to get hung up on?!

She only got the app for the 1st time this year, there’s no way she’s had 6 devices!
