Thursday last week, you done something, and since then I cannot get into my banking app!! Why ?? Please answer ??

Not often I tweet these days, but can I just say how horrific the service @BarclaysUK is now. Stop using COVID as a reason for being under resourced, managers will not speak with you, wait times of over 1hr on the phone, incorrect information shared on letters. Your 💩!
