@BarclaysUKHelp After being on the phone for over an hour asking to speak to a manager on several occasions @BarclaysUK keep telling me 'x icant reach one at the minute,when I asked how many managers are live, I was told 4 .... 4 managers and not knew could assist ...poor customer service.

@BarclaysUK Why should I when you closed my local branch due to the 'push to online banking' and lower footfall even though we have just been through a pandemic and restricted hours were in place with limited access to number of people allowed on premises.!!!!!

That's it. They didn't even attempt any customer retention. Not even 'if you're thinking of leaving Barclays press 2". So, so long @BarclaysUK & @Barclaycard 28 years ended over a mere 18 quid.

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your app isn’t working on iPad, it’s returning an error code “00002” upon sign in. It’s been like this ever since the new update. Please can you get back to me with na update / ETA for when this issue will be patched!
