@BarclaysUK why is it so difficult to get in touch with your team! I tried to call and hit road block after road block

What an absolute shambles the customer service at @BarclaysUK is. For a company that claims to be hot on security, try reporting a lost card or fraudulent transaction... The app clears every chat and they seldom answer the phone...

@BarclaysUK disgusted to find I’ve paid £14.50 a month for years for tech pack to be let down with my screen replacement. My phone now notifies me I have an unknown part and the screen is dark & unable to see phone outside! Technician said it would disable some features 👎

@BarclaysUK on hold for over an hour is absolutely ridiculous, how on earth am I meant to resolve issues when there is no one to speak to. Appalling customer service

@BarclaysUK Barclays is an e.g. of a scammer. The service they deliver is very different to what they advertise. They don't say up front forget anyone at a call centre taking your call promptly. They don't tell you that you can cook a 3 course meal whilst waiting for your call to be answered

@barclaysuk you should train your people on some basic customer service skills. I will be so very happy to take my business elsewhere. Watch me walk. Ridiculous and disappointing service and rude and offensive customer service. Stuck in the dark ages much?

@BarclaysUK "Thinking long-term" seems also to be the #Barclaycard approach to customer service. Why resolve a simple issue now - when you can wait and wait until the customer in frustration closes down their account?

@davidkurten @BarclaysUK "You've had to access your £200 overdraft, had you applied today you would not be given this amount as an overdraft. Have you considered lowering your overdraft limit?" If I've accessed my overdraft it's for a reason, or should I sit in the dark with no lights on?
