    @BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

    I honestly can't believe how **** @BarclaysUK app is. I've literally used my pin code - supplied via app - once. We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.

    @AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.

    @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK I know chat support via app is being reset . So why force neurodivergent folk to call.? There's a msg us option but autoresponse says call. Why can't my query be solved with text/email? This violates access rights re: Equality Act. Is this unreasonable?

    Why does nothing in the @BarclaysUK app ever work. They’ve been ‘making improvements’ for months now and it’s always got an issue. So then you have to call, and something that should that 30 seconds, has become an hour long task…

    @Vamtoperion @Barclays @BarclaysUK They done that to me last month and closed my account. Didn’t even let me switch to another bank. So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!

    Please help. I have not had access to my money with @BarclaysUK for over 10 working days with no comms or response to my complaint that they had confirmed would be responded to no later than yesterday. I am at my wit's end. Can you help please? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    @BarclaysUK how do you get help with accounts?
