  @BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

  I honestly can't believe how **** @BarclaysUK app is. I've literally used my pin code - supplied via app - once. We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.

  Hello @BarclaysUK your new app update sucks. You can no longer see what your balance was after each transaction. You make it almost impossible for customers to send feedback, so sending a message here.

  @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

  @BarclaysUK your app is terrible and staff on phone worse. Not working whilst trying to sort out new mortgage rate. Not impressed
