  @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

  @BarclaysUK your service is absolutely appalling, you are driving my company bankrupt, how can you hold my money for “fraud” when HMRC released it! Joke! To add to the pain all the fraud staff seem to be on annual leave at the same time! Poor Reigate branch must be sick of us!

  @BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it. Shocking customer disregard

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK what is going on with your Barclays app. Every single day it’s impossible for me to login from the first time. Have to wait for it load, move to a different location and It doesn’t load properly, and constantly lagging. It’s becoming very frustrating.

  @BarclaysUK how do I contact yourselves as I cannot use the phone. The website says use the Barclays chat, this doesn't work as the app says Chat is not available. I just want to know when I will get the switch offer?
