    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

    @AskNationwide as usual excellent customer service today at Commercial Road Portsmouth branch. Unlike appalling @BarclaysUK. Reporting a death needs a sensitive response not a sulky public‘oh yeah right you’ll have to wait over there’. I left.

    @BarclaysUK thanks to Ben at your kendal branch for his ridicule of 3 waiting customers for closing your desk at 1400,. Suppose the sign says closed and your not a stationary store comments belittling customers that have had to travel because of bank closures,. Poor service

    @BarclaysUK spent the whole morning in a queue online informer to open my son a bank account, started at 39 in the queue and then when I got to 1 was kicked out of the queue! As a lifelong customer I don't understand this level of customer service? Please advise

    @peterboroughtel So now @Barclays @barclaysUK a business with cash to bank will have to park someone in town and walk to the only branch left, which has no parking, carrying cash which is of course potentially very unsafe. What are you going to do to help customers stay safe?

    @BarclaysUK also used tried using the outside cash machine at your Keighley branch yesterday, and discovered some of the buttons down the side if the screen don't work. Branch was closed so I couldn't report it.

    @BarclaysUK Your customer service is utterly appalling a 55 minute unanswered phone call listening to that music then giving up and going into a vastly understaffed branch for 1 hour 20 minutes and still no answer to a very simple query 26 years time to change #Halifax
