  @tug I'm some way behind you at only having a @BarclaysUK personal account for 43 years, but totally agree with you, I received the same nonsense letter from them and am actively looking for a Bank that values me as a customer. Never too old to move to a decent bank...

  @BarclaysUK very disappointed as a loyal customer you’ve locked me out of my banking app and I’ve spent 45mins and a very large phone bill having to call from overseas to resolve this.

  Been trying to resolve an issue with @BarclaysUK for Months. Nothing. Well it's been 3 months since there last letter, so according to the ombudsman we're entitled to any losses we may incur due to there hesitancy in the matter. I won't hold my breath though,
