@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

@BarclaysUK on your iPhone app the log in button is very close to the bottom of the screen so when I swipe up to kill the app it logs back in. Is there any way the button could be moved?

@BarclaysUK You are sending my card to the wrong address for the second time, the app doesn’t work, can’t access online banking because the card I have has expired and I waited 40 minutes to speak with NOBODY. Truly one of the worse customer experience of my life

Yeah so my bank @BarclaysUK blocked my account for security threat yes the threat was my employer paying my salary 😡 I couldn’t even get access to my own savings same account for about 10 days shame on you @BarclaysUK
