  @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp would be good if you let people know you're having issues.....again! Tried using card at Tescos and kept getting declined even though money in the account! Thankfully a customer services rep informed of the issues. Not good enough!

  Concerned about my @BarclaysUK current account being suspended without prior notice, explanation, or any indication of fraud. All transactions were normal & routine. Called support—they could not provide a reason & said a letter is coming.

  After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.

  @BarclaysUK how long is your app going to be messed up? Doesn’t show me all transactions when I click through & also get an error code when I try and see my own cards in app. Been like it for ages!

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Explained it all again then hung up on me because he is wrong and a total lying peace of **** this is the 6th time speaking to people from packistan who then keeping it up stealing peaces of ****, Barklays uk 100% corrupt banking scum.   @BarclaysUK Are there any human beings still working at Barclay? 12 calls of over 5 minutes each, hanging on to the phone an nobody answers. These numbers were given to me on e mail by Barclays. Customer service? Non existent.

  Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman
