Trying to contact @BarclaysUK to order a statement is like pulling teeth. Over an hours wait on the phone banking to actually speak to someone, fewer branches as they were all closed down, and the statements in my app are no good for the solicitors apparently...

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

@BarclaysUK i used the app to open an account, it doesnt accept my driving licence and asks me to come in branch to open an account... no branch has space for 30+ days for an apptmnt... is there no other online service?

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I’m a premier banking customer. One of the promises of Premier is the ability to speak to a UK based telephone banking team 24 hours. So why did I just spend 10 minutes wading through your various automated phone menu only to get hung up on?!
