Absolutely shocking levels of service from @BarclaysUK @Barclays if you were thinking of opening a business account with them please don’t waste your time, 10-15 day simple process has taken nearly 3 months

That's it. They didn't even attempt any customer retention. Not even 'if you're thinking of leaving Barclays press 2". So, so long @BarclaysUK & @Barclaycard 28 years ended over a mere 18 quid.

@BarclaysUK trying to open account for son via video call. Huge wait times no matter what time or day. Tonight, been in queue for 2h15, reach 4th position and you close the service. What a joke!
