    Absolutely shocking levels of service from @BarclaysUK @Barclays if you were thinking of opening a business account with them please don’t waste your time, 10-15 day simple process has taken nearly 3 months

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK shocking service from Barclays Business. Hours on hold only to get through to offshored staff who are no better than online chatbot. Can’t ever get through to someone in UK who might understand problem. Used to work for Barclays old CEO - he’d be shocked!!!

    @BarclaysUK @barclays Modern banking, wife goes into Barclays Branch to register Power of Attorney for her father. Told can’t done without making appointment. Oh & first available appointment is late April! Followed by confusion over whether he has to attend. Disgraceful service

    @BarclaysUK can you help. I have new offset mortgage with you. I have paper statements in front of me & want to use offset. Have tried 5 times to register online & app banking. Get so far then it says can’t. Spent 1hr on call with you yesterday still no joy. Not a great start

    Going to uninstall the @BarclaysUK Android app. Plenty of funds but payment declined three times and no advice in the app as to why. Felt like a right *** putting the shopping back. NO Barclays customer service on a Sunday. Would not recommend. Looking for a new bank.

    @BarclaysUK why is your KYC process for existing corporate accounts so painful ? Today I was called by the KYC team to be told the mandates team hadn’t done their job and I should resolve that. There is no notion of customer service at all.

    @BarclaysUK because of a bereavement I have had to come into a bank for the first time in a long time. What is clear is that they are woefully understaffed. Have you sacrificed customer service for profit?
