Absolutely shocking levels of service from @BarclaysUK @Barclays if you were thinking of opening a business account with them please don’t waste your time, 10-15 day simple process has taken nearly 3 months

@BarclaysUK 3 hours on hold online to try and set up a childs bank account. 1 hour of that hold was after the service had closed, yet no notification from the system! Obviously we didn't get through! Not the first time of trying either. Very poor service

@BarclaysUK & the insurance partners they use coming up as the worst customer service ever had to date. charge more for a product and the service becomes worse. 23 years a customer and they don’t care.
