    Absolutely shocking levels of service from @BarclaysUK @Barclays if you were thinking of opening a business account with them please don’t waste your time, 10-15 day simple process has taken nearly 3 months

    @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

    @BarclaysUK I have tried ringing can’t get through the Barclays app messenger nothing can help. I need a certificate of ownership for my current account this is a last resort I need it today. Is there anyone who can get this done

    @BarclaysUK you've just sent me an email saying I've made an application for a mortgage AIP. I haven't. This could be fraud, I'm trying to speak to you but it's now completely impossible to speak to a human being at Barclays. This is urgent.

    @BarclaysUK just had the misfortune of needing to use a branch in Manchester City centre after queuing at market st branch for 25 mins to be told no counter service getting sent to their only other branch in the city to find out there is a hour que for counter service tinpot outf

    @Betbuddy4u @BarclaysUK am having this same issue today. Are the lines down? On hold 13 min, line went dead, on hold 38 min, line went dead, now on hold 1 hr 15 min-- happy to keep holding but wondering if there is a tech issue going on and if today is not the day to phone?

    @BarclaysUK new Barclaycard... Still no PIN, pay doesn't work , won't upload to Apple Pay....terrible product
