@BarclaysUK Please tell me how to stop the absolute deluge of letters you are sending me, asking me to download and install your "app". I will NEVER use a mobile device for banking, its not secure or safe. If someone was to steal my phone, they'd get full access to my finances

@BarclaysUK how does a customer speak to a human? Your chat is useless, advisors are telling me to call a number where there’s only an automated message. Poor customer service!

Oh dear. Compounding the issue by getting some poor @BarclaysUKHelp employee to apologise for deep rooted systemic problems they won't change. Thanks Zoe, I'll pass on engaging with a complaints process, but happy to help if @BarclaysUK actually want to improve #HumanFactors

@BarclaysUK Can't login using Mobile Pin Sentry. Online chat says I need to travel miles to a Barclays ATM to fix it, which is ludicrous. 40min wait for phone chat. How do I sort this?

The WORST customer service from @BarclaysUK I’ve been trying to sort out a card/app issue for OVER a month. No one has gotten back to me. After ANOTHER painful (45min) phone call, I was finally put through to someone who could help, only for them to hang up????? @BarclaysUKHelp
