  Concerned about my @BarclaysUK current account being suspended without prior notice, explanation, or any indication of fraud. All transactions were normal & routine. Called support—they could not provide a reason & said a letter is coming.

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK what is going on with your Barclays app. Every single day it’s impossible for me to login from the first time. Have to wait for it load, move to a different location and It doesn’t load properly, and constantly lagging. It’s becoming very frustrating.

  I can confirm that @Barclaycard @BarclaysUK are in bed with the Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds The scammers at Barclays will WITHHOLD information about how you used their website, and the FOS won't press them for evidence. #Barclays trade with impunity.
