And @CompaniesHouse! You might want to pause recommending @BarclaysUK as a business bank account provider given they are currently unable to offer that service... and apparently have been for the past couple of months.

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

@BarclaysUK I have never experienced such bad service. I'm a customer of 45 years +, My pinestry machine does not work, I'm an international customer so don't have an app. It take 18 minutes to get through your telephone system, there is then a 40 minute wait, disgraceful.
