@BarclaysUK guys, your customer service is terrible. I’m amazed as I have a premier account and I can’t even get through to a relationship manager. I waited 20 minutes to be told I have to use the app. I also have an Hsbc account they are light years ahead of you!!

@AyuubAdan @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Yeah but my work bank accounts are all Barclays. The issue was caused because of work transactions. I can’t simply change my work bank accounts from Barclays to Monzo.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I have been standing outside your branch on soho road, handsworth, Birmingham for over 45 mins. Surely you would have more staff on counters in peak hours then reduce as needed. Crap customer service. Not agile at all. 3 staff standing at the door 🤦🏻
