@BarclaysUK 1/2 I am reaching out to you on behalf of my elderly disabled mother. She had not received her debit card for some reason and had to go to a branch to order one. She was told it was ordered but no card. She had to go again branch was open but no service available.

@MattBennett93 @BarclaysUK It's probably worth you going straight through to the complaints team to get this raised. Don't bother ringing their customer care team, they was all useless with my issue (similar to yours) about a year ago. Complaints team managed to get it sorted but it did take a few months.

@BarclaysUK could you sort your customer service out. Myself and a colleague have bailed out numerous times from your helpline due to being on hold for so long, and this is the 3rd attempt to actually speak to someone in branch. Shambles
