@BarclaysUK i used the app to open an account, it doesnt accept my driving licence and asks me to come in branch to open an account... no branch has space for 30+ days for an apptmnt... is there no other online service?

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

Visited the branch last month 13:30 only 10 £1 coins available.Will be closing my account, I pay for a business acc with no service

And @CompaniesHouse! You might want to pause recommending @BarclaysUK as a business bank account provider given they are currently unable to offer that service... and apparently have been for the past couple of months.
