    @JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

    @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

    @BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

    @BarclaysUK Trying to set up an online account for a friend, keep getting error 1089 - which states there is no mobile phone on the account. NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.

    @BarclaysUK WTF? Opened an account in the App yesterday, now I can't access the app, or online banking. Keeps asking me for information I don't have, & I've got no idea if the information is being posted to me. Also got no idea if a Debit card is on the way! No communications...

    @AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.

    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?
