    Endless problems with @BarclaysUK despite a very nice Twitter team @BarclaysUKHelp - I still can’t leave their Avios Reward scheme. No one ever phones me back. So I’ve contacted the Financial Ombudsman.

    @adamrickitt @BarclaysUK Just seen your video from a newspaper site. Sorry to hear this. Awful. The banks need to step up their ability to recognise their numbers being ghosted.
