    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK shutting down secure messaging in online banking is the most regressive customer service strategy I can think of. I’ve spent about 45 mins this week on “chat” and then 1.25h on phone hold before giving up; all to update my address. Dreadful.

    @BarclaysUK was asked to wait 15 working days for a review of my account, its not been 25 working days and getting no where, was told this is all happening because of a £60 payment from my dad who has the same name as me, something needs to be sorted as im getting no where

    @BarclaysUK can I ask why, when I asked for a miniscule overdraft to buy stock for my cafe, I was turned down, no alternative offered, and when I asked questions the chat was discontinued? You were happy enough to give me a credit card.

    @ShoreShift @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp This is pretty shocking to be fair. If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send. That’s legit bad service
