@BarclaysUK Well, you would, wouldn’t you? If it isn’t female, gay, disabled or ****, you don’t give a ****. So glad India is having its problems. That’ll teach not to move our jobs abroad. #ProudtobeEnglish

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp unable to login to olb. after entering pin details, immediately says “you’ve been logged out due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes”... or similar.

  • Willmikberg William Mikael Berg (@Willmikberg) reported

Absolutely appalled with @BarclaysUK s customer service. I can’t move any money out of my account neither from my app or if I call up and ask them to. You would think a massive bank like them should know how to deal with people, but this is just an absolute joke.

@libertygal72 @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Theres loads of people on trustpilot having the same problem

  • 00natasha00 Natasha Barr (@00natasha00) reported

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK still no resolve, costing us over £3k in a failed sale & purchase. 4 months you have known about the ground rent, perhaps they should call the £2 a month diff ‘service charge’ as it then wouldn’t count!

  • dcolleySQL Derek Colley (@dcolleySQL) reported

@BarclaysUK Hi, any danger your talented but clearly underemployed developer teams could stop redesigning the home page for Barclays banking every five minutes please? Find a design and stick to it. Every time I log in, it's like being on an episode of Mastermind.

  • WhittleKieran kieran whittle (@WhittleKieran) reported

@BarclaysUK good morning, I've just tried setting up a direct debit from my account for the first time though the company advised the sort code was incorrect on my account. Please can someone help

  • rl_chris_higham Chris Higham (@rl_chris_higham) reported

@andrewthornley @BarclaysUK There is a "biller update service" but it's not very good / reliable enough to trust (in my view)

  • mjgharding Matthew JG Harding (@mjgharding) reported

@BarclaysUK can you help me out? Today you declined a payment of £11.99 due to "insufficient funds" but then hours later debited £44.03 in "overdraft fees" from the same account which has resulted in me being charged for going over my overdraft. Can you make it make sense?
