    How long do you have to be kept on hold to speak to customer services @BarclaysUK before you give up. Currently 38 minutes and counting! And no I don’t have the app! That’s going to require another fruitless phone call. My experience with Barclays recently has been awful!

    @BarclaysUK please can you provide me with an email address as I want to make a complaint. I don’t want to speak/chat online I want to put it in writing and not send a letter in the post. You say on your website that I can contact via email, yet you don’t supply an email address!

    @welburnoldfart @BarclaysUK Yo ! - Went there twice last month. One of the most useless helplines in the UK - no bloody help at all. Two subsequent visits to nearest branch were not at all helpful - very negative attitudes. Unfortunately "customer service" in the UK is largely a time-wasting joke. 🤬

    My award to the worst bank in UK goes to @BarclaysUK. Worst customer services by far! I am switching banks today and will encourage all my friend and family to steer clear from them. I will also be involving #fca and ombudsman. @Barclays
