    Why is having any dealings with @BarclaysUK And @Barclaycard so painful. Power of Attorney issues mean just under an hour on the phone and 4 different people had no idea what they were doing. Thank God I bank with @firstdirect They know how to do phone banking

    Your CSV data export interface is currently broken, @Barclays , @BarclaysUK , @BarclaysUKHelp, and as the result breaks 3rd party integrations. 1. Transaction types are exported as user-friendly, not raw. i.e. "Funds Transfer" instead of "FT". 2. The "memo" field duplicates data.

    @BarclaysUK what the hell is wrong with your website. I literally CANNOT get the information I need online from my bank account. Your website is "hanging" badly. Slow beyond usability.

    Endless problems with @BarclaysUK despite a very nice Twitter team @BarclaysUKHelp - I still can’t leave their Avios Reward scheme. No one ever phones me back. So I’ve contacted the Financial Ombudsman.

    @BarclaysUK why is your telephone support so ****. 5 minutes of bouncing around your telephone system, only to be cut off and told to use the chat option on the app. Which I’ve tried several times to no avail.
