    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK it says on my Google pay I can use my card online but not in store does that mean if I've added the card to Google pay and use it in an app or website it will work

    So I have a complaint in with @Barclays @BarclaysUK over an issue going back 2 years and I've had to call 6 times in the last week or so getting 6 different stories ending today with me requesting a call back to say what's happening........no call back, what a surprise 🤬

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your business banking service is an absolute shambles. 20min wait times on EVERY CALL. Wrong information provided and more calls needed. 2 months for a mandate change to be executed and it’s still done wrong. You are one customer fewer.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I have just had 4 very stressful months because of bad customer service especially from your ISA team and I cannot believe I have had to be the go between liaison between Barclays and Skipton and the issue is still NOT RESOLVED.
