    @JasmineMouldin1 @BarclaysUK I have had exactly the same problem. Thanks for confirming that the 2 hour drop is a programmed Barclays action, I wasn't sure it is was just bad luck for me. They don't mention they will drop your call when they ask you to hold for more than 2 hours!

    Why is it so impossible to speak to someone @BarclaysUK had a letter to call and it’s 2hours wait on phone that no one is answering. Tried Apple chat and no one answered that either! How do I make a complaint without phoning?!

    @BarclaysUK your banking service is turning into a joke we all don’t want to use machines and then machines that don’t work!!!! I was the 3rd person to Moab about your machines you might want to start listening to customers!!

    @BarclaysUK why do you not offer a counter service at weekends, and only with reduced hours in the week? Itreally is no woner branches are closing.

    @BarclaysUK @Digitaleagles Hi, there are several people sending donations for the earthquake appeal in Turkey and are getting charged fees which is reducing the amount of help people in need are getting. Can this be highlighted and looked in to please. This will help immensely. Thanks

    @kevinstewartgsy @Barclays @BarclaysUK They are awful. We’ve been trying to get hold of them for 5 days now. We only have 10 business days to resolve this. We actually provided them with info back in November and i think the person we dealt with didn’t upload our documents. Ridiculous.

    @BarclaysUK I’m trying to get access to my barclaysafe. I was told the central team would reach out on Jan 30 but I still haven’t heard from them. I also haven’t been successful getting an update online via chat. I live in the US so can’t go to a branch. How do I get some help?
