    Anyone else starting to think that @BarclaysUK is not the bank for them anymore? Had to verify a £66 flight purchase this evening, and the verification method 'app only'. Problem is that I was trying to buy the flight on an app, and the two apps were incompatible. #garbage

    @BarclaysUK really frustrated at the length of time it takes your contact centre advisors to deal with a customer over the phone in a Sunday! 40min just to report suspicious activity on my account. Please review your transaction times! Shocking!

    @BarclaysUK my solicitor has been trying to get a redemption statement for me since DECEMBER..within this time my data has been breached by you, calls aren’t being recorded on the system & we still don’t have it. Urgently needed by tomorrow. Please help!

    @LouiseTalks @BarclaysUK I was issued with an local authority refund cheque and entered my nearest branch 7m away. “Sorry but we do not offer that service as a walk-in”. I’ve been a customer since I started work at 17. I’m 65 next month!

    @BarclaysUK I'm already hanging on your business line, have tried to DM you direct and been to branch and they can't help us to send the info that YOU have requested!!! I have a very stressed mother with an existing heart condition so any chance of a reply so this can get done!

    @BarclaysUKHelp DM.......no thanks. This is a problem @Barclays @BarclaysUK introduced in September, when they removed SMS and PIN Sentry as verification options for customers with the app. I know from comms via the app. I will deregister the app and others might benefit from this knowledge.

    @BarclaysUK you should be embarrassed by the customer service you provide your clients via the live chat option. Been trying to sort out an issue with your app for the last 4.5 hours and still no resolution. Just a lot of apologising & waiting for someone to actually reply.

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays I'm appalled at my customer service experience. Raised a complaint on Sunday (which took 3 hours) to just find out it was never logged.
