    @BarclaysUK Can't switch to barclays because of having a middle name that doesn't fit on drivers licence! Branch not open Saturday. What ever happened to scan and send? You've lost a potential Premier customer!

    @BarclaysUK how do I contact yourselves as I cannot use the phone. The website says use the Barclays chat, this doesn't work as the app says Chat is not available. I just want to know when I will get the switch offer?

    @BarclaysUK If you’re a disabled customer, this is my experience. Barclays says some account issues must be discussed on a secure channel. Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.

    @BarclaysUK u f..king suck, you wont issue a refund for a fraudulent transaction, customer service is 💩 towards my mom and you constantly make me in overdrawn when I have no money to pay my phone bill even when I've contacted both sides
