  @BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?

  4/7 through emails, phone calls, socials… and never received any response… only automated "email acknowledged" type messages, nothing more. Today as a last resort I have just tried to call the bank I used for for the purchase @BarclaysUK, hoping for support, but they said

  @BarclaysUK what the helk is going on now? Why is banking DOWN YET AGAIN? My balance is showing as Nil yet I know there is money available, I will be looking for a new bank as from today!
