@rasirgb doesnt work, I identified my wife's arse crack as a @BarclaysUK (cos they r ****) cash MACHINE but could I hell get any money out of her no matter how many times I swiped or waved my card.

Had a letter from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp today regarding a charity account I am involved with saying I need to ring in the next 10 working days. I rang the number and there is a 2 hour wait to speak to someone! This kind of customer service is appalling.

Going to uninstall the @BarclaysUK Android app. Plenty of funds but payment declined three times and no advice in the app as to why. Felt like a right *** putting the shopping back. NO Barclays customer service on a Sunday. Would not recommend. Looking for a new bank.

Hey @BarclaysUK . I have wasted 25 mins trying to get through to someone about the accounts on mine that you have closed. But you have a time-wasting and useless call handling system, and staff (eventually) who can't do anything. Give me some service!
