42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

@BarclaysUK I have never experienced such bad service. I'm a customer of 45 years +, My pinestry machine does not work, I'm an international customer so don't have an app. It take 18 minutes to get through your telephone system, there is then a 40 minute wait, disgraceful.

@andersleijersta @Barclays @BarclaysUK There are 2 branches of Barclays banking. A normal every day account or an account called Barclays Premier. They are very different. I receive amazing service even if I call at midnight! Change to Premier if you fit their criteria (which I believe you do).
