    @BarclaysUK In 99% of cases the default assumption will be correct. People can use the neutral 'they' if unsure. In the remaining 1% of cases, the non-binary person can just correct without getting offended, honest mistake. Saves time and stops all this becoming an unnecessary issue.

    @Montana_53 @BarclaysUK Well I told them I am a customer and will use whatever pronouns I like and they haven't contacted me to close my account. If they only had woke customers they would soon go bust.

    @Chris__Dee @mintopinion @BarclaysUK I'd take issue with the term Advice, as the language is instructive as opposed to informational. They are, of course, free to do as they wish with their social media account. Bit of a result too, as I just got given £125 for switching.
