@BarclaysUK - hopeless trying to pay extra on mortgage online. You don't have the year 2028 as an option in the debit card payment!! Really? Amateurs. Please amend so people can use online self service. Impossible to get through by phone.

@BarclaysUK you are immoral and working outside of the law. Which laws allow you to close my account indefinitely with no explanation or date it’ll be opened? No access to ANY of my money, cash or transferred. 2 weeks. You expect me to live? Which statute allow this? #barclays

Is anyone else fed up with being passed from pillar to post and not getting any answers or good customer service? I've spent a month and hours of phone calls with a company called Reassure that was sold my policy from @BarclaysUK I'm resorting to twitter now 😕

Absolutely terrible experience trying to sign up for @BarclaysUK using their app 👎 Multiple crashes, questions that didn't make sense (wants montly net salary after noting I'm self-employed). I selected free account and then at the end it only offers a £20/month fee account 🙅

@BarclaysUK is there a problem with your in-app “message us” feature. My app says it’s being serviced, but your website says it’s working fine

Is @BarclaysUK customer service broken? Numerous calls/emails, endless call waiting, never speaking to the same person twice. No ownership of failure. Why is the onus on the customer to secure a solution rather than @BarclaysUK to provide one? @BarclaysUK celebrating mediocrity.
