So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞

@BarclaysUK Hi! I called from overseas last week to close my account. I am supposed to receive my statements for the last 5 years through email. I received an email saying my statement is now available to view online. I tried to log into my Barclays account, but there's an error.

@BarclaysUK fix your mobile app, it's impossible to pay in cheques. It's not a problem with my photo, the light, the angle whatever, I've read the copy and paste replies 100 times, it's a problem with your apps OCR, it's been like this for years! Terrible
