@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp So I finally get my call answered and then I get transferred. The line goes quiet and then disconnected. The call was over 40 minutes!! This call is to find out why you haven’t paid money into an account today. It’s your error!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@BarclaysUK why is it impossible to discuss a travel insurance query with you and @AvivaUK ? I have your travel pack and need confirmation that cancellation cover is provided due to a covid infection if my children have had no covid vaccination or I have not had a booster?

@lovely_JaYoung @BarclaysUK Hi, it might help to Google ‘Resolver’ and also ‘Which?’ for help. I’ve had help via both in times of utter nonsense. Barclay’s rubbish customer service isn’t personal just inept. I’m looking to switch from them after decades! 🙄

So, having not used it for some many years (and a customer of 41 years) @BarclaysUK have just cancelled my agreed overdraft facility! The point of having one is if I might need to use it. Not cancel it because I don't currently use it...appalling! 😡

@lspcrendering @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp What goes around at long last now looks as if it is coming around. It is to be hoped custodial sentences are handed down to those who have perjured themselves as a warning to others.
