. @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

Less than impressed with the upgrade to the @BarclaysUKHelp cheque scanner. Impossible to pay them in online now. Why did you have to change it?! Local branch closed so now I'm going to have to trek miles to pay it in. @Barclays @BarclaysUK Yours sincerely one of unhappy customer

@BarclaysUK I'm 64, I've been a Barclays customer since I was 16, so has my wife and both of my children. With respect to COP26, we would like to know what Barclays is going to do regarding its funding fossil fuel projects? I'm not a green activist, but I support COP26 aims.
