  . @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?
