. @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

@BarclaysUK I need to call you. I go through the app and instead of the usual prompt service I am greeted with pointless options all of which I can do on the app. How am I supposed to get in touch. I didn’t mind the higher bank fees because you were right there

Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your chat function on the app is extremely frustrating but what’s worse is going through multiple menus on phone banking to try and speak to a human to solve the issue, only to be forced back to using the useless app chat. Please help!!!

can anybody tell me why I still bank with @BarclaysUK not open Saturdays, close at 3:30pm every day and no counter staff all done by ATM🤷🏻 what about the working person that want bank services and can’t because of working hours.

Once again shocking customer service levels from a major player @British_Airways when is our country going to wake up and realise this is not acceptable, in this I include major banks still waiting for a call back from @BarclaysUK promised ages ago
