    . @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

    @BarclaysUK help why a brand new Samsung tablet won't install Barclays app through Google play - it says it's not compatible but is running android 16 so should. Tablet was purchased specifically to access bank app at home securely as opposed to using phone.

    @BarclaysUK disappointed that you have removed my overdraft after being a customer for over 30 years, I very rarely use it, I know you sent me a letter but I don’t think your actions are justified in reducing it to £0

    @Barclays I’ve banked with @BarclaysUK since I was 15 — 43 years without ever being overdrawn or causing a problem. I recently received a notice that my account will be closed because I now currently live overseas. I still hold a British passport, pay UK bills, and plan to return home regularly , and intend to retire in the UK. I completely understand compliance rules, but this feels harsh after four decades of loyalty. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now common practice for British expats? Feels like loyalty no longer counts for much in modern banking.
