. @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

@BarclaysUK Tried to make a withdrawal from a cash machine last Sunday, it failed to give me the requested amount (£100) yet debited that amount from my account. I now have just 52p in my account and have been told that it will take TWELVE working days to remedy.I was due (cont.)

I’m starting to think @BarclaysUK does not want new customers. Trying to open an account with them is mission impossible and the app malfunctions. Trying to speak with a human being to get it sorted has also been unsuccessful. Isn’t technology meant to make life easier?

@BarclaysUK just had the misfortune of needing to use a branch in Manchester City centre after queuing at market st branch for 25 mins to be told no counter service getting sent to their only other branch in the city to find out there is a hour que for counter service tinpot outf
