    . @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

    @BarclaysUK I have questions about the Switching service that I can’t find elsewhere, I’ve tried ringing and get directed to chat in the app, except my app apparently has no chat!

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp As your customer you make it difficult / impossible to get hold of someone on the phone then when you provide the method of communication they don't respond to me. This is appalling service.

    Anybody else find @BarclaysUK chat help absolutely infuriating? 2 days now trying to get an answer to what should be a simple question. Seems today they went home in the middle of the session. I've wasted 2 hours and gotten 4 replies from 3 "colleagues". Useless!! 🤬

    @BarclaysUK Why does your main Manchester bank on Market Street no longer offer in person cash withdrawal service? Utterly ridiculous, considering you only permit £250 per day via ATM. And you have rude staff on the door stopping entry by asking what customers are coming in for.

    @BarclaysUK Barclays how do service other than the app online chat? Your telephone service cuts me off once I confirm I have the app. Your agent on the app is not responding.

    Maybe all @BarclaysUK customer service staff are on a Friday lunchtime break at once, or maybe their call centre just can't get enough staff, but it's deeply annoying for customers who already face radical reductions in service and contact.

    @BarclaysUK Morning, I have an issue with a log book loan company who I paid an outstanding debt to(not mine by the way)on the 28/July,I received an email confirming they had received my payment,fast forward 7 days they are now saying the money has been taken from there account
