. @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

Just rang @BarclaysUK to cancel my home insurance and the lass who answered the phone was clearly on the phone to her mate about her Friday night plans, didn't even say hello to me. Glad they're working hard.... 🤯🙄👀

@BarclaysUK my husband has been trying to contact Barclays customer services for several weeks to request a new PIN for his credit card. Each time he has (eventually) managed to get through to someone, they say that they have sent out a new one but nothing has arrived. 1/2

@BarclaysUK So is the system now working so that I can transfer my money out and close my account? I don't want to phone in again, waste time and be told your system is still not working. Thank you.

@BarclaysUK For about six months my new Android phone & your up to date app tell me this every time I login, you can't use mobile payments right now. How about fix this before promoting new stuff / competitions? Customer since 1999, but now moving to another bank!

My recommendation is empty your bank accounts as soon as you possibly can, the banks are really slowing down on lending and more importantly are being obstructive when you want to withdraw your own money @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK Well finally found the issue, without notice Barclays had disable mobile payments on their systems... All that stress I had could have been avoided with a simple message, not very happy but glad to see it sorted.

@wolfandfox_888 @BarclaysUK I've had that problem on two android phones. It's not Barclays' fault. It's Samsung pay (in my experience). Or maybe android pay. I still can't get contactless payment to work. 😞
