    . @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

    What a nightmare with @AskNationwide You have to use mobile or online banking, which I do not want, so I cannot pay any bills, their telephone banking will not help. I'm switching to @BarclaysUK their customer service is so much better - and I got to pay my bill!

    @BarclaysUK Shops back to normal. All other banks back to normal. Barclays operating 13 hours in a week. Why should you be different? Rubbish service.

    Never again am I using the chat service on the @BarclaysUK app. All I wanted was to report my credit card lost. Now I current account has been frozen without my request and chat conversations just magically disappeared!!

If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send. That’s legit bad service

    @Pallavi33386247 @BarclaysUK Thry are a disgrace. I only want access to my account as i changed phone number, which blocked the app and online banking. that wouldnt be a problem if i only asked today.... but ive been asking since october 2020.
