    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Yes. got a note back suggesting I call your contact centre. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life doing that. My complaint is simple. I just want to know after 40 years being a customer why you have turned me down for a new business account.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK yes I have the app. I don’t want to get sucked into a call centre/online process that takes me nowhere. I only need to know why I was turned down so that I can address that issue. I think that’s only reasonable for a customer of 40 years!

    @BarclaysUK my husband no longer holds current accounts with you but still has a loan, he is trying to pay this off but when he rings call centre they say they can’t give him a settlement figure as he no longer holds a current account? Can anyone help resolve this?

    Hi @BarclaysUKHelp I opened a premier account using the app yesterday. I couldn’t initiate the current account switching service as there’s no option in app. This morning I keep getting a 00002 error. I’ve tried several times and my connection is fine. Can you help? @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK The fact I have to input all the information down again for the items previously input and registered on your last provider is ridiculous people are busy and can’t re input items just because the tech pack has changed insurer ! #poor customer care
