@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK closed my Current account because of a non UK address, which restricted my access to my ISA account. Now my ISA money is locked and called about 12 times and no one knows what's going on. Even tho after I did everything they asked. @BarclaysUKHelp Get your Money Out!!

@BarclaysUK shocking that 14 weeks on a complaint you’ve closed and reopened 4 times is still not a priority. Thousands of pounds out of pocket and causing me massive £ and health issues and I’m ignored. Failed guidelines and industry standards, disgusting. @HammersteinMatt why?

@MoneySavingExp Just switched to @firstdirect and I've had more issues in the first week than i did in over 10 years of being with @BarclaysUK. Their customer service has been pretty good though and quick to get through on the phone.
