@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

@BarclaysUK Can I ask that you add an 'on keypress handler' to your desktop login page, so that instead of having to click login I can just hit return? That would be a useful feature from an accessibility point of view. Most sites have that, and it's an easy piece of coding. Ta!

So, found out today that out of the 3 local branches of @BarclaysUK, they are closing another. So I have a branch 1 mile away that I try to avoid because of all the problems I have with the staff there, one in my mum's home town, 21 miles away which is closing, and one 29 miles..

The tweet thread references what was said in a phonecall with them, and what they said to me, so I think it's safe to say THEY KNOW. This is an issue which I've spoken to them about, at least a few hundred times over the past 10 years.
