  @GhostofGoose2 @BarclaysUK Banks *despise* the retail sector. My former bank (Lloyds) began a programme of branch closures some 30 years ago! And the others followed suit. As for being able to ring your local branch... How long since that was a thing? (Yet the interest goes down and the fees go up...)

  @BarclaysUK @Barclays Just visited one of your brands at East Ham to open a Savings account because every time I try to do online comes up an “Error, please visit one of your brands) and I am already a account holder member. They said I can’t open a savings account here neither.
