  @BarclaysUK I contacted Barclays to repay an old loan of £5k. I do not have an account or sort code. I said can you use my name, address, DOB,to identify me. He said I need the ac + sort code or I can’t help you. I said “do you want your money or not” Get stuffed Barclays 😡

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK @derekmonroe16 Today is the first time in my existence on this planet when I spoke with the bank (Barclays USA) customer service in the Philippines (outsourced to a 3rd party vendor) where the representative was either high or drunk. I closed the account.

  Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

  @BarclaysUK hello. My account was closed and I need an Ivan number to claim back my frozen assets, but South Africa (my bank acct) does not use IBAN, and I have to complete this field on the form. I am stuck and need my money. Please help.
