Repeatedly being refused help regarding my business account via the @BarclaysUK business app because they only have access to my personal @Barclaycard account. Why have the chat function in the app, then?! Honestly, these legacy banks have so much work to do to catch up.

@BarclaysUK hi I've had a sum of money taken from my account. I had a free trial for something which I cancelled and yet it's still taken my money (quite a sum) any help?
