  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK It’s taken a month to review my account and confirm if i’m approved for a credit card.Been a customer for 15 years! Might be a good time to change.Very disappointed with your lead time and updates. If declined,please just tell me. Wouldn’t recommend!

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.

  @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.
