    I want to log on to @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I get an error code and a number to dial. I get bounced around the houses, speak to a person and then bumped to awful automated call handling. I want to spend money with you FFS!!

    So, having not used it for some many years (and a customer of 41 years) @BarclaysUK have just cancelled my agreed overdraft facility! The point of having one is if I might need to use it. Not cancel it because I don't currently use it...appalling! 😡

    When interest rates go up, why don’t savings rates go up? It’s yet another con, like petrol stations putting prices up on petrol they already had delivered. The whole system needs knocking down and starting again @BarclaysUK
