@BarclaysUKHelp @Gvstr1 I believe the answer to this is: Barclaycard do not support contactless on Android with a Mastercard! I've just received my Avios Plus card and discovered this. @BarclaysUK is this going to change as I'm very dissapointed!?

Great service from Gemma in fraud customer service at @BarclaysUK over the phone. The next business advisor (missed his name) put me through to the 'new customer team' who proceeded to slam me into the "You got to do it online" wall. Me: "I'll leave it there".

@BarclaysUK Your customer service is horrendous at the moment. I am fed up with being put on hold for over 15 minutes every time I call. I am a”premier” customer and yet I left feeling let down and ignored. I am currently on hold (over 9 minutes)!!!

@BarclaysUK can you tell me why you have been sending me text messages about an account. When I ring up to ask why they tell me they can’t help me, I can’t make a compliant or stop the messages? I don’t have an account. I was told texts seem legit when I rang.
