I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

The only way to get any help is by calling them, but all they do is provide lies and nothing else. Why do you have such a useless team in place?
