    @BarclaysUK since when do you have you not cash over the counter after 2 pm. There is nothing in my local branch that says so. Very poor service.

    @guzzicraig @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp The problem isnt the language,its the lack of service, lack of contact. The complaint handler has emailed me, I've replied but he's ignored my emails. That is plain rude in any language, or maybe my standards are too high for Barclays?

    @MarkSeddon1962 @barbaraanneken1 @BarclaysUK Our Barclays was extremely busy, and that was the reason given for closing the branch down ? Work that one out ! Most people in the queue were looking elsewhere because of this attitude, and the staff who always tried their best just gave up.

    An odd day as I am leaving @BarclaysUK after 40 years. Their individual service has consistently got worse. There are no individual managers any more even for people who put lots of money through their accounts. Last straw: removal of automatic sweeps from current to savings. 1/2

    @BarclaysUK - App - Problem when registering. Used Pin Sentry > when reached stage on Pin Sentry where says: “Place the number.” Tell us which number? For this also place on App screen: Place this number (from the two boxes) onto your Pin Sentry. Tell us this. Pls be specific. UK

    Massive thanks to @BarclaysUK at Hexham for making my 72 year old mum cry her eyes out after your disgusting customer service. You made her feel like a fraudster trying to get her own money out & didn't even check her card! She left with nothing except embarrassment. Shameful!!

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK Endless long waits trying to reach your complaints team by phone (no other way to contact anyone) & no update on our complaint after 8 weeks. Shocking service. After 30 + years of custom, seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere. #Barclays
