I really don't get the @BarclaysUK version of customer service. Release a new version of the banking app then, instead of a standard update, like a regular app, they require a whole new install and reregistration. 1/

@BarclaysUK I have the Barclays app and login details for online banking but there is nothing like a PINsentry anywhere on it? Is it also possible to add my Barclaycard credit card to the account? I have the Barclaycard app which now has my mortgage paperwork on there?

@BarclaysUK how can I redeem my mortgage when the account name and account details on the redemption statement you provided don't match? Do not tell me to phone as my wait times just to get the statement ranged from 57 to 68 minutes. I don't bank with Barclays so app no help.
