@BarclaysUK since when do you have you not cash over the counter after 2 pm. There is nothing in my local branch that says so. Very poor service.

Currently stranded 150 miles from home, I’m vulnerable don’t have access to my medication, slept in the cold last night, pets are starving at home because of @Barclays @BarclaysUK make them famous!!! I’ve been lied to and they’ve put my account in - when it shouldn’t be! HELP!!!

@BarclaysUK what has happened to your customer service? Rang 1st time agent hung up on me Rang second time wanted a complaint open put on hold for 25 mins Rang 3rd time blind transferred to someone didn't have a clue 4th person put on hold now over 40 mins waiting!

@BarclaysUKHelp So Barclays customer services approach seems to be “Raise a complaint”, that doesn’t feel like a hand-off at all. Meanwhile, back on hold again for 1 hour 12 minutes and rising. I think @BarclaysUK are losing a business customer after this…
