Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

Also May be improve the phone line service also?

So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!

I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.
