With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞
