  @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

  With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

  @BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?

  @Packology @Barclays @BarclaysUK It won't let you log in without a "mobile" phone number (there is no option to add one), but you can't change anything until you log in. THAT is the problem.
