  With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

  @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

  @BarclaysUK absolutely appalled by your customer service. My father has banked with you for over 60 years. He’s suddenly very unwell and in a residential home. We need ratify an LPA. First appointment offered 08.02. We need to pay care home bills. We live 2 hours away. Disgusted

  @BarclaysUK Hi, just been on hold for 50 minutes but got through to a very helpful member of your team about a problem with the app for my business account but was cut off after 10 minutes. Do I have to wait again for a long time or can someone call me back?

  @BarclaysUK must have the worst business banking customer service of all UK banks. Three hours on hold in a Q today before being cut off. 2h yesterday. Option to be called back doesn’t work. Shambles!

  @MarcChuck @BarclaysUK Seriously...... stay clear of Barclays. I sincerely hope you can access a bank that serves your purpose. All banks make mistakes, and mine has in the past. They have always paid compensation, Barclays will hound you to bankruptcy so dont go out of your way to go with them.

  I learnt today that @BarclaysUK don't deal with change anymore, and apparently haven't for the last 5-6yrs. Teller had to deposit my cash so I could withdraw it in the denominations I needed. Bonkers! #wtf
