@BarclaysUK feeling very frustrated by your in app chat service - had to wait 30+ minutes for a human to connect, had one message and now been waiting 50 mins for any further communication…! I need answers but getting no help! Totally unimpressed at such poor customer service 🤬

@BarclaysUK Was told to come into your branch to speak to someone as you couldn't provide a service online. Turned up, with proof and witness & the only person who could do it couldn't do it as they don't have time. Was told it would only take 10 mins. What!? @BarclaysUKHelp

Hello @BarclaysUK. In my honest opinion, the Branch Finder on your website needs a complete overhaul and regular updating. I checked it this morning to see if my local branch was open today, and to my delight, it was! Yet I arrive at the door to find it closed! Misleading 🙄

Appealing service from @BarclaysUK tonight.. 7 hours on the chat service and still no resolution.. 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and then they tell me I'm too late and to call back tomorrow. An auauthorised payment has taken my money and my child has no food!!

Absolutely horrible customer service from @BarclaysUK have to wait up to 4 days to use mobile banking on my new phone, all branches are shut. Chat is down. I just need to make a payment!
