After 5 years being a loyal @Apple customer in the UK and being enrolled in the yearly iPhone renewal program, last week I had an outrageous upsetting experience with @AppleSupport and @BarclaysUK, treating me like trash when it’s their problem to solve. Poor customer service.

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.
