Help me! @BarclaysUK Would like a “certificate of interest paid”, robot doesn’t understand, put on hold forever until a human said it’s wrong department, then put on hold again for another eternity, then wrong department again....has been like this since 10th May!

@BarclaysUK @financialombuds I need your help with Barclays . I have been lied to by two managers , promised compensation which never arrived , lied to by 6 agents and this all started two weeks ago when all I wanted was a new card being sent which still hasn't been done .
