U do not say what information and u tell us to contact you as well as threaten to cut off our facility.Just submitting a complaint into the complaints process does not solve our problem @BarclaysUK

    2 months wait to make changes following a death is unacceptable. If you require attendance in person then open more branches or employ more people or at least have the people you employ remember they are there to provide a service. We’re not an inconvenience! @BarclaysUK ??

    @TheFCA @Barclays @BarclaysUK The incompetence of Barclays is just shocking, 35+ yrs working in banking, I have never found such bad onboarding methods, photocopies of other peoples passports returned to me! loss of personal details forms for KYC, IT IS SHAMBOLIC!!
