Even though we requested this on the 22nd and the original request was received a day or after that and the original task set completed. I've been doing this sort of thing for two decades and this is shocking!

That means NO way to pay for a train/tube/taxi to or from the airport. And you tell me my only way to fix it is to go into a branch with 2 forms of ID… You’ve SCREWED me. HELP!
