    @BarclaysUK If a customer is on the phone to you, to and fro sorting something out and u fail to mention that you've sent a notice out that ends up seriously harming their credit file but you've actually sent it to the wrong address so the customer doesn't even know, would u rectify this ?

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays: after having spent 60 mins holding the line for your telephone banking team I got 'lucky' and a human answered only to advise he could not resolve the issue and put me back to square one meaning having to go through your telephone banking checks again

    @BarclaysUK looked on your website to look at branch opening times for hight street Bedford saw closed today Thursday. Saw another branch kempston. So came to that one. Only to find it closed down! Doesn’t say on website it’s shut. Waste of my time going there in my wheelchair 🦼

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp really poor service from telephone banking for a mortgage customer. Terrible automated system. Finally got through to someone, then they transferred me to “home assistance” who had the worst connection. Couldn’t hear, asked for a callback. Nothing.

    @BarclaysUK so 3hrs 10 mins on call with your team- still no access to my account or a solution. They only suggestion is make a complaint- but you need to log in to do that.I CANT LOG IN

    @BarclaysUK my father tried to close an ISA more than a week ago and was promised the money would be with him within 24 hours. He is waiting for over 6k. Cannot get anyone on customer services, spent hours on hold to no avail trying to get his own money. Can anyone help him?

    @BarclaysUK I have just spent 50 mins on 2 calls trying to find out some information re account. Neither call lasted longer than 25 before abruptly ending. I have not received any help. Utterly useless, and not the first time.
