  @Packology @Barclays @BarclaysUK It won't let you log in without a "mobile" phone number (there is no option to add one), but you can't change anything until you log in. THAT is the problem.

  @Vamtoperion @Barclays @BarclaysUK They done that to me last month and closed my account. Didn’t even let me switch to another bank. So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!

  Anyone else having issues with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I went to my app to check my bank did my Face ID asked for my passcode I did that. It loaded my account then kicked me out and said I’m not registered. I just had to register again!

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue we’ve come for the second time, I’m glad I’ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

  @EmmaLewell It's hard to believe the poor quality service @BarclaysUK is permitted to get away with, despite the profits that I think @IanLaveryMP recently drew attention to. I couldn't get the ATM to work but, hilariously, its Shields branch isn't staffed on a Saturday!
