  @Barclays @BarclaysUK @derekmonroe16 Today is the first time in my existence on this planet when I spoke with the bank (Barclays USA) customer service in the Philippines (outsourced to a 3rd party vendor) where the representative was either high or drunk. I closed the account.

  5/🧵 Now @BarclaysUK wants to close our account and close down the subject, even though they have handled proceeds of crime by Iraqis who continue to try and extort money from us. You only get help from @TheFCA if your name is @Nigel_Farage when it comes to de-banking.

  @BarclaysUK your service is absolutely appalling, you are driving my company bankrupt, how can you hold my money for “fraud” when HMRC released it! Joke! To add to the pain all the fraud staff seem to be on annual leave at the same time! Poor Reigate branch must be sick of us!

  @BarclaysUK your service and support are absolutely diabolical - unable to use apple pay for over 6 weeks and no-one seems to know what they are doing. We'll be closing the account after 45 Years. No one cares!!

  @BarclaysUK why can’t I use the app ? It keeps telling I’m offline when I’m not ? I’ve tried logging in and out , I’ve tried turning on and off my phone but it still won’t let me access anything and is saying I’m offline ? Help.
