    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK I have the Barclays app and login details for online banking but there is nothing like a PINsentry anywhere on it? Is it also possible to add my Barclaycard credit card to the account? I have the Barclaycard app which now has my mortgage paperwork on there?

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK can you tell me how after being a customer for over 25 years and hold multiple accounts with you but today I’m told I am unable to open a new one due to there being a back log!! Shocking service. This is not how you treat customers. Banks should be banks

    The most awful experience 40 minutes on the phone to @Barclays @BarclaysUKHelp concerning our community account. Answered every Q but can't provide proof of existence via solicitors or accountant letter so will close account JOKE @BarclaysUK

    I really don't get the @BarclaysUK version of customer service. Release a new version of the banking app then, instead of a standard update, like a regular app, they require a whole new install and reregistration. 1/

    @BarclaysUK is anyone actually going to help me? 125 minutes on hold, many DM's to both you and @BarclaysUKHelp and mortgage still not redeemed. I cannot proceed safely until I know why the account name and account details on my redemption statement don't match. Over to you.
