NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.

Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

(I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.
