Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

Ahmed Soliman (@ahmed_soliman06) reported@BarclaysUK why there is no priority service for people with disabilities at your branches? Can you dedicate just one counter for people who are depositing coins?! Many of the services still require customers to go to branches so live with it!
