    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK today I visited Plymouth branch Myself and a gentleman in a wheel chair used the disabled access door - I had a pram Waited whilst the line of able bodied customers were seen first I had to ask if someone could come and help the gentleman! #DisabilityRights

    @BarclaysUK possibly the most critical time for you to be accessible to UK customers and it's impossible to get through on the phone (over 90 minutes), via your chatbot (just times out) and your text facility (just plain doesn't work). Really poor.

    Surely I can’t be the only @BarclaysUK customer trapped in their Avios Scheme? Wondering if @BBCWatchdog would be interested in a customer reward scheme you then can’t leave due to the app not working properly? 7 months and counting now…
