    @the_spad @santanderuk I had a similar experience moving money with @BarclaysUK You can only move a few K with their 'worldclass' app even with multiple levels of auth and signing, yet have to visit a branch - in work hours - and **** about for 1 1/2 hours whilst various staff fail with thier own IT

    @DeviousPL @BarclaysUK Wow. Barclays have never interested me into banking with them. Heard many stories about them doing this, seems they'll never learn. I had zero issues using @AskNationwide when I bought direct from KuCoin either.

    @BarclaysUK Oh yeah. And the icing on the cake: the number it gives you to resolve this is only open 9 to 5 despite the text on the screen saying it is 24/7. As it should be for account access issues. These ******* are laughing all the way to the literal bank.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp . Actually appalling service from yourselves closing my bank account without letting me know. When I phone up all you say it’s been closed. Terrible customer service. Now need to go to go in just to get my own money. Hopefully no issues. 🤬

    @BarclaysUK So after 35 years of being a loyal customer and going into my overdraft once (about 20 years ago). You are deciding to take my overdraft off me! So pleased you look after those loyal customers! It’s ok I never use it but it’s nice to know you “don’t care”! 😡

    @BarclaysUK Feel like I'm being scammed by you guys. It's pretty duplicitious to say counter transactions are down in the pandemic when you wouldn't let most people in, and then use that as an excuse to close my local branch. Expect me to be closing my account soon.

    @BarclaysUK no response to complaint submitted. Was told should have a resolution in 3 working days on Thurs...still nothing. Considering financial ombudsman as this is an utter joke. Has been the worst company to deal with for a bereavement! Massive disappointment and stressful

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp DO NOT BANK WITH BARCLAYS FOR ANY REASON!! They scammed me whilst repaying a small loan and denied all knowledge and then paid me compensation to cover up and promised to correct my credit file due to THEIR ERROR. 1/2

    I fear for OAPs. Went to #BarclaysUK today, they have a one counter skeleton service from 10 - 2 then its machine only. What if the poor lady/gent has zero technical knowledge? Its very likely. We are headed for a cashless society, trust me. And the aged will get left behind
