    @BarclaysUK how can I redeem my mortgage when the account name and account details on the redemption statement you provided don't match? Do not tell me to phone as my wait times just to get the statement ranged from 57 to 68 minutes. I don't bank with Barclays so app no help.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Your chatbots are a complete waste of time; the telephone banking service with its sparse number of humans is woefully inadequate. Impossible to answer my question - not covered by spending hours trawling the help pages. This is rubbish!

    @BarclaysUK why can’t I speak to a real person in your dormancy team? You closed my charity account during the pandemic and have the charity’s money and I’ve been trying to get it back for a year!! Currently on phone again and two hours in and still no help Aaaagh!

    @BarclaysUK your customer service is an absolute disgrace. I have been on hold all morning. When I finally get through to a human the service is terrible and I have been disconnected several times, with no call back!!
