@BarclaysUK @barclaysuk need to concentrate on the basics, like getting their customers names correct on their automated system, something they haven't managed to do in my case despite numerous conversations with their 'customer service' team. I'm sure the CEO wouldn't have the same problem!

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK When are you going to fix the painful cheque photo process on mobile banking? Why not just let us take a photo when the cheque is in frame and in focus instead of the app deciding when to take the photo and where to crop and stretch the image?

I could start calling myself Ms. tomorrow and barclays expecting a deed poll for titles is terrible practice! a title isn’t any form of legal recognition as long as it’s not protected like an honour title “Lady/Lord”, clerical “Rev” or military “Capt.”
