  @BarclaysUK your service is absolutely appalling, you are driving my company bankrupt, how can you hold my money for “fraud” when HMRC released it! Joke! To add to the pain all the fraud staff seem to be on annual leave at the same time! Poor Reigate branch must be sick of us!

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.

  @BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

  @DamonMinchella @BarclaysUK Would you believe me? When I first came to London, I didn't have a credit card..it was quite an adventure! I would support that immediately I'm not a customer there and never will be. Good Luck for the Coming Concert! I wish I could come! What you accomplish on stage is gigantic!

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  @JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.
