  @artmaccarmaig @BarclaysUK I used an ATM. It took the money from my account, but didn't give me the cash. They make it exceptionally frustrating to get the problem resolved, with call-tree after call-tree. And having to enter strings of numbers. It couldn't be worse if they tried.

  @BarclaysUK icing on the cake was went I was told only my card card be ordered today and I will have to call back tomorrow to order the additional cardholders card as only one card can be ordered per day. I had hoped that maybe being a Premier Customer might have resulted in

  @BarclaysUK Hi, My card has expired, I haven't received new one(Likely because I haven't used it in a bit) Got a text to"contact us". Which btw would be more helpful to get before card expires not after... I'm not big on calls(hearing) will you be able to help here through DMs?

  @BarclaysUK I’m trying to apply for a current account through the app but when asked to enter my personal details from my passport, the continue button doesn’t activate. I’ve entered all fields, so not sure what the problem is?

  The @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK saga drags on, and on and on. They have now resorted to cut and past replies about being a responsible lender. (no comment) Have pointed out the issue is systems not fit for purpose and they've asked for my mobile number. This might be progress.

  @BarclaysUK @Barclays he first told me I do not have access to it then he changed it to I’m not allowed to give it so when I started asking for the names of everyone he has put me on hold and left me on hold. Don’t bank with these frauds.

  @BarclaysUK I have just talked to someone from your Customer support and when I realised that he was from Italy, I tried speaking Italian. He said that at Barclays it was not encouraged to speak in other languages on the phone. A good example of Nationalism! #ShameOnYou
