    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    @BarclaysUK how long is your app going to be messed up? Doesn’t show me all transactions when I click through & also get an error code when I try and see my own cards in app. Been like it for ages!

    @Vamtoperion @Barclays @BarclaysUK They done that to me last month and closed my account. Didn’t even let me switch to another bank. So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!

    @BarclaysUK Been a Barclays customer ever since I came to London but now a payment of over £10,000 is stuck somewhere between the sender bank and Barclays for OVER A MONTH now and Barclays cannot give me any written evidence??? Are you SERIOUS?!
