@andersleijersta @Barclays @BarclaysUK There are 2 branches of Barclays banking. A normal every day account or an account called Barclays Premier. They are very different. I receive amazing service even if I call at midnight! Change to Premier if you fit their criteria (which I believe you do).

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I’m a premier banking customer. One of the promises of Premier is the ability to speak to a UK based telephone banking team 24 hours. So why did I just spend 10 minutes wading through your various automated phone menu only to get hung up on?!

@NathalieNahai @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Had similar experiences with Barclays tech support. Had my card cloned and it took me all day to report and sort. They repaid the £1,200 nicked but it was VERY stressful.
