  @BarclaysUK Ive been a customer for 2 weeks, try paying my bills at the end of the month and you've blocked my card twice!! Your automated fraud system is ridiculous! You have caused to much stress resulting in loosing me as a customer. Absolutely pathetic.

  @BarclaysUK I have been trying to reclaim my money back after barclays suddenly closed my bank account. I tried to use the barclays reclaim non-uk form. Nothing seems to work and even the customer care number aren’t able to help. What service are you providing?

  4/7 through emails, phone calls, socials… and never received any response… only automated "email acknowledged" type messages, nothing more. Today as a last resort I have just tried to call the bank I used for for the purchase @BarclaysUK, hoping for support, but they said

  @BarclaysUK I am overseas and need help with my card urgently. I am unable to call Barclays. Some transactions have been made on my card which I need cleared from Barclays - it’s pending. Please help. I’ve tried live chat, calling & nothing is working.

  @BarclaysUK Are there any human beings still working at Barclay? 12 calls of over 5 minutes each, hanging on to the phone an nobody answers. These numbers were given to me on e mail by Barclays. Customer service? Non existent.

  @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.
