    @BarclaysUK trying for 3 days to use the video app to open an act for a 11yr old.I wait in the queue only for it to repeatedly show a tech error! Tonight was the last straw after waiting since 1730 How do I go about making an appt pls? Branch said end Sept which is too far.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your customer service is totally inneficient. 3 h on your chat on the app and still no results. Impossible to reach a human being. Waste of time.

    @BarclaysUK Animal farming = 1/3 of pandemics, 1/3 of global warming, 2 acres of Amazon forest gone each second to grow animal feed exported globally, causing 1 entire species extinct each minute, 99% of animal abuse. Problems solved when you reach for a vegan product. #GoVegan

    Staff @BarclaysUK in Kingston still being massively let down by higher management decisions to only limit counter open I get times, when other shops and businesses back to ore-pandemic levels. Not the staff fault but they have to suffer the brunt of dissatisfied customers.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I am totally locked out of my banking due to an app error. Online/phone support couldn't sort it, and told me to go to a branch. My nearest branch (1hr away) were lost and said phone. I'm now on my 3rd call, and have been left on hold for 36mins.

    @RickyMackie @BarclaysUK Given up now. I got through once to customer services after a while then they put me through to fraud. I gave up eventually; tried again but the number is just the same general one. Bloody awful music as well.
