@BarclaysUK I've tried verifying identity on your app 5 times and each time it states it cant verify and to try again. I have gone into your branch with my ID and proof of address but they keep telling me to use your app! Any advice or is poor customer service the way now?

Have @BarclaysUK literally gone insane. Everything on your website says to use chat. Every chat agent tells me to ring you. Every telephone number has been decommissioned, and I'm told to ring telephone banking. The first thing telephone banking tells me is to try chat. NOT OK.

Day two of waiting to speak to @BarclaysUK about our community associations account which has been threatened with closure if we don’t speak to them in 10 days. Yesterday 2hours and 54 minutes on hold?’c for nothing today 45mins and counting. Customer service at its best!
