  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

  I honestly can't believe how **** @BarclaysUK app is. I've literally used my pin code - supplied via app - once. We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.

  @BarclaysUK Shocking service. My mother-in-law has twice requested a new Barclays card - she lives overseas. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, why have you removed the memorable phrase from the sign on screen to your app and made the whole page look different without any warning. I had to find out about it by googling as I thought my phone had been hacked. It's pretty poor service actually

  @BarclaysUK Trying to set up an online account for a friend, keep getting error 1089 - which states there is no mobile phone on the account. NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.
