@BarclaysUK I used to work in remortgaging. Your bank was the worst for customer service. How about focusing on that rather than social lecturing.

@Melkyway85 @BarclaysUK @setoacnna Is that what I said?! I could start calling myself Ms. tomorrow and barclays expecting a deed poll for titles is terrible practice! a title isn’t any form of legal recognition as long as it’s not protected like an honour title “Lady/Lord”, clerical “Rev” or military “Capt.”

Just found a new bank today so I can close my @BarclaysUK accounts after them bowing to the pronoun brigade. The pronoun you can use for me will soon be 'Ex customer'. Mortgage, savings, ISA and my partners accounts all leaving @Barclays soon.

@petiteJeanine @BarclaysUK Only problem being that all banks are signed up to this **** to some degree or another. Bank of Iran looks like the only option.

@BarclaysUK Maybe if you concentrated on things that are relevant to your business you wouldn't provide such terrible service?

@BarclaysUK @barclaysuk need to concentrate on the basics, like getting their customers names correct on their automated system, something they haven't managed to do in my case despite numerous conversations with their 'customer service' team. I'm sure the CEO wouldn't have the same problem!

@ModernShy @BarclaysUK Outside of this insane cult of "social justice" it means nothing. It's absolute nonsense. What a staggering situation to find oneself in when a bank is advertising its allegiance to some bizarre civic religion. Real clown world ****.
