  Trying to contact @BarclaysUK by phone is a nightmare. Say what your call’s about, press this, press that. 10 minutes of this nonsense only to be told the wait time is 40 minutes. What a shambolic service.

  @karen_swainston Just held in for 2 hours 20 mins for @BarclaysUK only to be cut off ! Responding to their request for me to contact them by phone ! They cannot expect small business owners to spend this amount of time just trying to speak to someone - such poor customer service

  And whilst I am complaining about @BarclaysUK, the form is a real dofus. It asks you to write a codeword on the form so that if they call you about the personal information on the form you can check that it is really them ... see the problem? ...

  @pitcarity @BarclaysUK Pretty much the same everywhere. Trying to get a human being to respond is almost impossible at some places.
