Aaron Hill (@realaaronhill) reported@BarclaysUK if you are going to bin off your phone support, and at the end of every number press just redirect to the online chat service, AT LEAST have people available to actually help. Over 45 minutes to adjust a direct debit, and it’s still not done yet!!
