@BarclaysUK Hi, I can no longer login to Online Banking. Colleagues all had the same issue & apparently you’ve changed membership numbers without informing us. I held on phone for 57 minutes before being cut-off. I’m not prepared to wait again. How else can I get this progressed?

@BarclaysUK Your customer service is horrendous at the moment. I am fed up with being put on hold for over 15 minutes every time I call. I am a”premier” customer and yet I left feeling let down and ignored. I am currently on hold (over 9 minutes)!!!

Back home and AGAIN having to phone @BarclaysUK about another erroneous @PayPalUK payment. Every ******* Saturday I waste an hour sorting out this ****. Gets refunded and STILL gets taken. Bank recommendations anyone?

@BarclaysUK can you tell me why you have been sending me text messages about an account. When I ring up to ask why they tell me they can’t help me, I can’t make a compliant or stop the messages? I don’t have an account. I was told texts seem legit when I rang.
