.@BarclaysUK fix your in-app chat. It's just pathetic. Why I cannot paste in the chat? Why the session is disconnecting every 5 mins and the next representative cannot see the previous chat so I'll have to re-type everything. We're in 2022 not in 1998.

@BarclaysUK I have never used such a bad customer support system. If anyone is thinking of using Barclays don't, they do not care about their customers and there is no easy way to log a complaint. Truly terrible service.

@BarclaysUK do not ever use this Bank if you have a club account and need to change signatories. They cannot manage this and effectively make it impossible to pay bills online.
