Absolutely horrible customer service from @BarclaysUK have to wait up to 4 days to use mobile banking on my new phone, all branches are shut. Chat is down. I just need to make a payment!

Appealing service from @BarclaysUK tonight.. 7 hours on the chat service and still no resolution.. 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and then they tell me I'm too late and to call back tomorrow. An unauthorised payment has taken my money and my child has no food!!
