@BarclaysUKHelp It is a complaint but u have written to us saying u need more information from us. U do not say what information and u tell us to contact you as well as threaten to cut off our facility.Just submitting a complaint into the complaints process does not solve our problem @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK shocking that 14 weeks on a complaint you’ve closed and reopened 4 times is still not a priority. Thousands of pounds out of pocket and causing me massive £ and health issues and I’m ignored. Failed guidelines and industry standards, disgusting. @HammersteinMatt why?

@BarclaysUK is closing branches in Flitwick and Woburn Sands. I've spent nearly ten minutes trying to persuade the Barclays phone system to put me in a queue to speak to someone. Elderly customers want to speak to someone, not a computer. Awful service. #barclays
