@fnafilms @BarclaysUK Barclays closed most of their branches. They think their app and telephone system is amazing that they don't need actual humans to solve problems. They are wrong. I just want a bank that is easy to speak to and can take less than 1 hour to resolve issues

@BarclaysUK hi, I have the new avios card. Tried to activate Apple TV offer but your sign up page states I am not a customer ? Any thoughts on how to resolve this ? Also the card does not support open banking when I try to add my Barclaycard to my Lloyds app? Thanks

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your app isn’t working on iPad, it’s returning an error code “00002” upon sign in. It’s been like this ever since the new update. Please can you get back to me with na update / ETA for when this issue will be patched!

Every time I leave a @barclaysUK branch I seem to be irritated these days. Machines don't give the fivers I needed so I queued for ages to get counter service from the only till that was working, and the cashier hadn't got any.
