@LozzaFox Presumably @BarclaysUK would support us asking their staff at every interaction if they are a he or a she? Or indeed something in between. Perhaps this is how they want us to behave?

  • seaniebonnie Seaniebonnie (@seaniebonnie) reported

@BarclaysUK I see you took down the original version, of course you did, it was a bare faced piece of social engineering, your a bank not a subsidiary of Stonewall

@BrandonMck1 @BarclaysUK Cashiers -ha ha ha - My local branch only let you into the branch if you have an appointment, and actual counter service is unattainable. Barclays could try improving their services, but that's just too old fashioned.

@BarclaysUK I learnt yesterday you are closing my local branch this year. Well, with this nonsense I have no problem saying good riddance. It's a good time to switch anyway with incentives being offered by certain banks.

@BarclaysUK Tell you what is a big deal to most of your customers. Being able to get someone to talk to you quickly and resolve your issues when you call. Perhaps a focus on that because that is a big deal.

@BarclaysUK Omg really just alienate the 99.9% of your customer to keep the 0.1 % happy, Where's all the wokeness come from I can't stand it anymore please make it stop

@BarclaysUK Money wasted on this **** could have been used to offer your paying customers better interest rates on their mortgages.

@BarclaysUK Thank god I don’t bank with Barclays! When are companies in the UK going to wake up to the fact that this kind of stuff doesn’t go down well with the majority of the British public!

@BarclaysUK @WatchRatio more preachy corporate virtue signalling bollocks from companies that don't give a **** about investing in countries that abuse human rights
